I recently visited the Detroit st McDonald's on Wednesday night and was disappointed by my experience. I ordered a $5 McChicken Meal Deal and was shocked to find that my small fries were barely a quarter full. While the employee at the window was kind enough to replace them, it's frustrating to receive such a small portion. ( No it didn’t spill over into the bag.. it was literally barely any fries ) It seems like a lack of care or attention to detail. This is especially disappointing since this location is usually my favorite compared to the one on Main Street. I hope McDonald's can improve their quality control and ensure that customers receive the full portion they pay for.

We have lived in Xenia 7 months and we eat at McDonald's about twice a month, they have yet to get my order right, all I ask is for extra pickles and Xtra onion on my cheese burger. This time I got the extra pickles but not one onion. My receipt is correct but apparently the cooks can't read. I hate to go to another McDonald's since this one is so close to my house.

Order ahead is a joke. We use to use the app on the way to school and ordered our food for pickup and it worked fine. The last few times we have tried, we order 10 minutes ahead and have sat there checked in for up to 10-12 minutes waiting... or going in and looking for our food. We could have gone through the drive through 3-4 times instead. So what is the point? And no one apologies for the delay or anything.

This is the WORST McDonald's in the world. Their customer service is crap i wanted 3 mins at the front to be wanted on while employees looked at me. They are so slow, they are the opposite of fast food. But their customer service is horrible i will never eat at this place and if you like your money i suggest NO ONE eat at this suck shack. The food is never hot even when you do wait. This place needs to be TORN down. It sucks
Very rude! Ordered on the mobile app and sent my brother to go get the food (all within a 30 second time frame we live right behind there so doesn’t take long to walk over there)
He gets there and says “hey do you mind making it fresh last time we ordered online we didn’t even eat it it was cold and old” and they were rude and said there is a spot on it in the app. Show me where cuz no it’s not!! Get better employees even the girl manager is rude in the afternoon when I bring my kids to get ice cream when it’s not broken

Ever since this has become a personally owned McDonald’s it has done NOTHING but go barreling down hill. My food is never how I order it, I’m always missing something. My sauces are always missing, never any napkins, fries are always greasy! If you’re looking for a mystery meal this is the place for you!

Stopped to have two fillet o fish and found our sandwiches were very dry with very little tartar sauce. When I went back up to the counter to get additional tartar sauce I was informed that it would cost me $.55. I refused to pay $.55 because they made a dry sandwich!! Not only was the food quality poor but the management were very rude and I vowed to never go back into that McDonald's again, in fact they said if I didn't like it, I could go to the McDonald's up on Main Street, which is where I'll go from now on!! We are senior citizens and didn't appreciate the disrespect that we received!! Steer clear of this place!!
