Well I decided to give this store another chance at my business. Once again You Failed Me!! I used the app to try and order my breakfast and once again the app was not working at Your Store!!! The store on the other side of town had no issues. It's your store close to my house is a huge disappointment!! Well I have given this store enough chances to get it together. Now I give up!! Going the extra few miles in had to go to the north side of town where the app works every time.

Over the past month, the service at this location has noticeably declined. Orders have been wrong on multiple visits — whether it’s missing items, incorrect drinks, or completely mixed-up meals. On top of that, they’ve consistently been out of ice, which seems to be a regular issue lately.
It’s frustrating because McDonald’s used to be a reliable stop for quick, consistent service, but lately it’s been disappointing. I hope management steps in soon to address these problems and get things back to the standard customers expect.

Me and my wife was at this location this morning and it was by far the worst service I've gotten from any McDonald's especially the people working the drive through. Between the manager outside smoking on her phone with a wrapped drive through line and the rudeness of the workers i wouldn't recommend this McDonald's to anyone

The food was awful 😖 it looked as if it was cooked the day before and just heated up, and it was full of pepper. I almost couldn't eat it. The fries were just sitting under the light, for I don't know how long. I was so disappointed in this place, I worked here many years years ago when I went to the high school. I grew up in this town and see this place being built and working my butt off to seeing just fall apart because young people don't care to but there best foot forward, just don't want to work. 8/4/2025 Went back there to see if there was any changes, and there was. The food was better however the bathroom had NO toilet paper, pee all over the toilet and the sink was not working at all! That the worst part, there was no sanitizer, so there was NO way to wash hands 🤬🤬. I'm done with this place!

I just don't care about McDonald's anymore. This is a good restaurant. They're fast, usually friendly. If you like McDonald's, absolutely enjoy. Not putting them down. I just only go now if I need a quick bite.

I got the chicken wrap. I was surprised at how good it was. The fries where hot and crisp. Also the Coke Zero, my main reason for the stop, was the icing on the cake.
Luckily still had the Grinch meal super nice
