I don’t have issues with much other than I ordered online and it for some reason took both orders when I called to ask and inquire about the gentleman that answered the phone was very short tempered and to be honest slightly rude. Once he “helped” me he immediately hung up while I was mid sentence. Just saying a little better communication and people skills would be nice been working food service for over 11 years just would think some would just know better. Oh well.

Food poisoning! My daughter, myself, 3 friends from out of town all got sick after eating their pizza yesterday. It was the only place we had all eaten. I thought I’ve felt sick in the past from eating at this Xenia location but this confirms it. Going to try and report them somehow. $80 bucks just to get sick

We ordered a stuffed-crust pepperoni pizza and 7-cheese breadsticks from here a couple days ago. The food tasted great and service was good, but everyone who ate it came down with a 2-day bought of food poisoning. I doubt we'll be ordering again anytime soon.

Nobody wears gloves in this place lol i watched the manager have dough in his hands and touch the keyboard and then kept tossing the dough lol yall need to wear some gloves!
Showed up right after opening and had a hot fresh medium pizza in only 10 minutes. Worker was fast and efficient.

I’ve never had more issues with a pizza place in my entire life. If I’m paying for extra sauces, then I deserve to have the sauces THAT IVE PAID EXTRA FOR. I don’t wanna hear about how the sauce is gross because you’re not eating it I AM. Also who taught these people how to cut a pizza?!?

Probably the worst customer service in Xenia ordered a pizza that they said was not in there system but turns out it was and had been there for awhile but there staff forgot peppers definitely lost a customer in my opinion just go to casanos

I am extremely unsatisfied. I ordered The Meats Pizza. I added green olives, banana peppers, and mushrooms. I called them, the manager refused to make it right. They made the pizza wrong. I can see that it wasn't my mistake on my order and even on the side of the box. We just wanted them to make it like it was ordered. She says "we lose money on product if we do that. She hung up on me. Well now they will lose a customer.
