I picked up my food on November 22, 2025. I ordered a cheese-crust meat lover with extra cheese and a one-topping pepperoni pizza. I got home, and it was a large 2-topping and a large 1-topping with sausage. I called back, and a man told me he put the credit in and to call when I need the same pizza made again for me and to tell them my order number 119163659. They will make the pizza again. I was ok and said thanks. I will call you when I want those pizzas remade and give the order number. So when I called today and spoke with Justin, he said he can't find the credit. So I asked to speak to the manager. He said she is at home and her kids are sleeping. I understand, maybe her kids are asleep at 6:15 pm. Then I asked who could I talk to? I asked is there a district manager to call? He said her name is Arlisha. I said who is the manager's name. So I can call tomorrow. He said he can't give me her name. I am very disappointed because when he said he has a store to run and can't make things happen to benefit me. That really rubbed me the wrong way. I just wanted Pizza Hut to honour what they said to me. Then he said he doesn't know which manager will call me. So I feel very disrespected, and this was a horrible experience. I don't know who the manager is but this was one of the worst experience I have had at pizza hut. Justin, Alisha and Store manager we have to be better. Never make a customer feel like their money or getting great customer service is a NO, NO at your location. Again, I am very disappointed as a long-time customer. So be happy Justin. My kids are up and hungry, and you let us all down with that poor customer service.

Don't order unless you call in person to see if they have delivery drivers. If not it'll take an hour and 20 minutes for doordash to show up and you'll get cold food

Honestly the pizza is good! But the way they do business is awful. I took a week vacation to attend my sisters graduation and they intentionally scheduled me back for the wrong dates…then told me I no called showed. Which is a lie. I was sick one day and I was told by Dakota the only way I can come back is with a sick note….and she informed me it would’ve just been easy to go the ER and get one mind you I was brand new to Xenia with no insurance. Why would I rack up a $3,000 ER bill for PIZZA HUT? Get real. And I was a good worker, always on time, always keeping busy, and the customers loved my customer service. It was a 30 minute walk there and a 30 minute walk back. No empathy what so ever. I won’t make it about race either I’ll save that for another day. Disappointed to say the least. Treat your staff better. Then instead of just telling me not to come in they intentionally scheduled me just so they could fire me, lol. God does not like ugly, so I’m not too concerned. I’m just surprised because I’ve never had a job conduct business this way.

The pizza was dry with no sauce. Crust was hard as a rock. Use to be my go to pizza but after several bad experiences I no longer waste my money there.
Caution do not log in to they're free Wi-Fi. You will definitely get a virus on your phone. Told manager about it and she said sorry.

Ordered a meat lovers flatbread and rode my bike in the dang cold to get it cause I was that hungry! Pay for it and got home to eat it but couldn’t cause it was burnt on the top that it actually stabbed my gums and made it bleed! What gets me is when I walked in their was 4 guys just standing the shooting the breeze, so they had enough employees that they could of made another so it was actually eatable but all these places are worried about their times being quick. I wish I could take a picture of it! No I’m going to bed hungry!!
