I ordered chicken strips and fries without a drink. I didn’t not receive a drink. The cashier told me, “Water is complimentary, so I’ll just mark water as your drink and you won’t be charged for one.” Unfortunately, that turned out to be untrue. When I tested a mock order in the app and included a drink, the total was exactly the same as what I paid—meaning I was charged as if I had purchased a drink anyway. I’m disappointed that I was misled.

This is not the first time this has happened. The manager on duty took my order and when I bought a combo meal he gave me a 8 oz cup instead of a regular 16 oz cup. The 8 oz cup is for kids sizes. It seemed like he deliberately did it on purpose because when I said something to him about it, he said this is a size cup that you get with the combo with the smile. Almost like it's his intentional. It happens again. I find another place to eat and get my money back

everytime i come here i have to wait over 30 minutes or more for the food to come out. came right at open this time, and did a mobile order. i was the first order, somehow four people went ahead of me? i finally said something and then they rushed and got my food out, then she read off the wrong drink, i correct her and watch her walk over and still get the wrong drink. i say something about the drink at the counter and she assures me that its the correct drink, it was certainly not.

Never have what you want, the whole menu is never available hanging around looking at cell phones , they should be cooking more food cause their always out everyime I visit ,sad for a business at a busy mall

Always missing something from a meal when you go here and just to be met with rude workers. This mall space could be filled with something else. Also what place let’s there cook take their break during lunch hours and not be able to prepare more food.

Went there with my residents and all of us got sick! Throwing up last night all night.i kinda knew that something was wrong. Food taste weird. But we all ate it. We spent $70 plus and now I'm at the hospital admitted for this. I'm going to call u guys and tell u. I bet. Alot of people got sick! I want our money back!!!

There was one register open. I was number 83. Number 81 got his food. Number 82 got his food. I waited almost 10 minutes. They call out number 85. Number 85 was large order. My order only totaled $13. Mine was very simple to make. They chose to make a large order in front of mine. That large order was number 85. Simple counting says 81, 82, 83, 84, 85. It's not rocket science, this was my first time at a Popeye's. This 100% will be my last

Just the usual Popeyes. Just what I expected. Most are fine but I have had some that were disappointing. I like the little bit of spice on their mild chicken. Not spicy hot but not boring. ***

It is in the food court of a mall. All mall entrances but one make it hard to get there. Go around to the back of the mall to the one second floor entrance. That is the only easy way to get to the food court.

Ordering online and picking a time means nothing. I ordered my food 25 minutes ago and I'm still waiting while they all pace the floor (they aren't busy). Coleslaw is inedible.

The food was ok but the service was terrible! I ordered a chicken sandwich meal and 5 Tenders. After I paid here is the conversation that followed:

Me: Can I have some Ranch for my Tenders

Cashier: (Hands me 1)

Me: How many sauces do you get with 5 Tenders?

Cashier: Two

Me: Can I have a second Ranch?

Cashier: Actually you only get sauce if you order the tenders as a combo.

Me: That's weird but ok, I will pay for the Ranch.

Cashier: (Gives me the 2nd Ranch) I guess you can just have it for free

So weird??? The food took about 5 minutes and when I got home realized they didn't give me any of my sides. I will never go back here or probably any locations. It looks like nothing has been done to address the many poor reviews.
