Spent $32 dollars there tonight 8/9/24 on food that wasn't worth $5. First off I'm not sure how a fast food restaurant that sells primarily chicken could operate without having chicken readily available. I ordered a total of 8 tenders between the 2 meals and a chicken sandwich and had a 10 minute wait. To further my frustration, once I get home I find the condiments I had asked for were not there and 2 bites into my chicken sandwich I found it was not cooked and still slightly frozen. I called the store only to hear " I'm sry, I don't know what happened there". You don't know what happened? Aren't there specific times and protocols in place to ensure that someone doesn't get sick from under cooked products. As big of an organization as popeyes is I would assume this is in fact the case. This now makes 2 different occasions I have had an issue with this location. A location that has not been open even a yr yet. That's very sad. I would advise you to go to lees if you want good chicken in xenia and avoid popeyes in xenia. Popeyes is very good as a whole but the xenia location is not even close to being on par! Avoid unless you play to spend your evening in the restroom.

Popeyes in Xenia has been wonderful. The employees have exceptional customer service and the chicken is amazing. I get excited to go to the Xenia location because I know that what I ordered is going to win the bag. Not many restaurants in Xenia can say that. Well done! Well done!!

Order like $70 worth of different meals and when I was handed the order I asked if everything was in the bag, was told yes it was. When I got home I was missing 4 out of my 6 sides and all 6 sauces I ordered, had to drive across town to get it again. This location has a really bad habit of forgetting whole items so make sure you check you have everything before leaving.

Reviews say it all. Place is new . Peak dinner time , nobody here still had to pull up for a basic order and wait . Person taking the order was aggravated and was not great at communicating. Whoever the manager is should be let go. They clearly are in over their head.
Service was terrible and the chicken sandwich I ordered was completely covered in mayo and was dripping out of the buns. Which made the sandwich taste horrible. Management diffently needs to train more but in my opinion it would be better spending your hard earned money elsewhere.

This Popeyes location rocks! I travel for business in 9 states and live me some Popeyes chicken. When they get it right lol and this store had it together today.
Very clean dining room, fast and very friendly staff, and every bite of my meal was delicious! Although I will say, the legs not just at location but throughout the chain, seem to have gotten smaller but still yummy. ?
Other Popeyes locations can take lessons from this store.
Wheelchair accessibility: Plenty of handicap parking spots and easy entry though all doors.

I drove an hour to eat there, they were out of chicken tenders and then they would not accept my Popeyes gift card, said it would mess their system up, no apologies and no manager spoke with us. We left and went somewhere else.
