Placed an order and they must have forgot about it. Handed me the wrong order and didn’t have my order. 25 min wait in lobby and no Compensation offered. Won’t be back to this roosters.

We had basketball tournament and in between games we went here for dinner and a few drinks. Our waitress was the worst we've had in a long time. No greetings just asked is what we wanted to drink. While taking our order she decided it was a good time to check her text message on her watch and lead to almost every order being messed up. Manager was talked to upon leaving and already had noticed our waitresses issues and supplied us with gift cards to come back. Food was good service was just horrible.

This was a great experience, the waiter Jesse was fantastic and always kept my drinks filled. He was very kind and quick and was the only waiter on hand and was handling it like a boss.

Upon entry hostess said to sit wherever, but all the tables are dirty. (Hostess was standing around doing nothing.) Waitress came to get our drink order, and she asked if we knew what we wanted to eat. So we went ahead and ordered. We waited 15 minutes to receive our drinks, and never did. I have never walked out of a restaurant due to this poor of service. I love roosters, but will not be back to this location and I'm really disappointed.

Decided to randomly get a carry out on this cold, snowy day. Hadn’t eaten Rooster in a while so chose them. My order was ready before the quoted time and brought out by a friendly employee. Ordered Dumpster Tots w/ Chili and Carolina Gold Traditional. Food and service was excellent!
Went in tonight. My service was beyond amazing! Izzie (My Waitress) was amazing, her customer service went beyond anything I’ve seen before. She was super busy and still made time to check to see if I needed anything! She even went as far to label my boxes for Togo orders! If you go to roosters request Izzie!!! 🤩🤩🤩
