I work fast food & healthcare so for them to not be able to make a milkshake due to “short staffing” is crazy. Happens every time I’m there I give up. Seems like sonic and chipotle in Xenia are not the places to go

Ordered 4 shakes, took 20 minutes and could not taste any Oreo or Nutter Butter cookies in any of them. 1 shake was completely wrong and 2 shakes were al melted like cold milk. There was only a few cars in the line and parked in lot. Not sure if I will go back. Very disappointed.

Ordered a mobile order 1 hr before closing and the manager was mad because they were busy and told everyone she was closing and not making anyone's order. We tried to explain we already paid and she ignored us so we called in there and the manager refused to talk to us and hung up on me . We pulled up to the drive thru and the manager wouldn't come and wait on us. After waiting about 10 min she came over. We explained to her that we placed an online order and their still suppose to be open for an hour and she said we'll come back tomorrow I'm not making it and closed the window and walked away . Completely rude and unprofessional. Wouldn't tell us her name but she was a white chick looked to be mid 30s and missing a few teeth. Xenia sonic do better . Especially management.

just came by, and the lady taking orders was so rude
There are only 2 employees who are friendly and attentive. 9/10 times it takes WAY too long to get someone to acknowledge you at the speaker and to get your food. The food ends up being either wrong or sub-par most of the time. I wish my husband would stop wanting to deal with it just to get their cherry coke.

This place has the slowest drive-through service in Ohio. I've been here three times in the last 6 months, and there is always a wait.
25 min wait tonight, and there is nobody here except 10 cars in the drive-through line.
What is the deal?
Sonic, train your managers correctly so they can train your workers.
And, to make it worse they don't even apologize for the wait.

We sat at the speaker for 10 minutes, then when we got to the windows the employees were sitting on there phones and we had to honk 3 times before they came to the windows, and she acted like nothing happened. Poor service poor hospitality and overall a terrible experience. The food is usually really good and I'm pleased in that area but recommend a place more like cfa or canes.

I visited on 1/22 for a mobile order for 1 soda. Sat there waiting for over 30 minutes with nobody coming. Yes the stalls were filled so I figured they were busy. NOPE!!! They're letting customers sit there who ordered on the app without telling them that they won't be coming outside to bring their orders so they must go through the drive thru. So here's to another long wait in line because their failure to communicate. Very Poor Service. At least put some signage or let people know so they don't sit and wait wasting gas. Glad I finally just called the store. Or I would've been sitting. I think I'll just go to circle K for a drink from now on. This is ridiculous.

Heard they had "the good ice" so I went thru drive thru Had a hot fudge sundae. It was delicious. The ice cream wasn't melted and just the right amount of fudge. Of course the ice is perfect.

We were actually served by the manager, and she was the worst person ever.
I tried to order at the box, and the guy stopped talking to me. So I drove around and the manager started arguing with me. We had a special request, and they did not honor it. So my neurodivergent grandson was not able to eat.
Also my 4 large fries were half full. Sorry your job sucks but, please dont take it out on the customer!
