Very slow getting a drink in drive through for one item. Took 15-20 minutes

Waited at the speaker for 15 minutes without anyone saying anything , I called and the lady said to another worker “at least go take the drive through order, they called” then hung up on me . Everytime I come it’s something , closing 2.5 hours early while people are standing inside talking and laughing , drink/ice machine being down , etc .

This specific Sonic is deplorable. Service is terrible. On top of it I ordered the grillos Burger. The only thing that they put on it was onions, mustard, ketchup and two pickles. Someone should look into this specific location because they are not on top of it over there. Sonic should be ashamed.

I went to the Xenia sonic 4 weeks ago and waited in the drive thru line for about 20 minutes (3 cars in front of me) just to find out that they don’t have ice. They served me a warm drink and I went on my way. It’s no big deal, sometimes things break. I came back an entire MONTH later, hoping to get a drink, which is what sonic is known for. This time I waited 25 minutes in the drive thru line (2 cars in front of me), just to be told that they still don’t have an ice machine and they won’t serve drinks without ice. I don’t blame the workers. I blame the franchisee and the Sonic corporation. They underpay and understaff their stores and then don’t even have to common decency to post that they aren’t serving drinks before they have their customers wait in line for half an hour. I am skeptical that it takes over a month to replace or repair an ice machine. If you aren’t serving drinks, don’t advertise that you serve them.
I work fast food & healthcare so for them to not be able to make a milkshake due to “short staffing” is crazy. Happens every time I’m there I give up. Seems like sonic and chipotle in Xenia are not the places to go

Ordered 4 shakes, took 20 minutes and could not taste any Oreo or Nutter Butter cookies in any of them. 1 shake was completely wrong and 2 shakes were al melted like cold milk. There was only a few cars in the line and parked in lot. Not sure if I will go back. Very disappointed.

Ordered a mobile order 1 hr before closing and the manager was mad because they were busy and told everyone she was closing and not making anyone's order. We tried to explain we already paid and she ignored us so we called in there and the manager refused to talk to us and hung up on me . We pulled up to the drive thru and the manager wouldn't come and wait on us. After waiting about 10 min she came over. We explained to her that we placed an online order and their still suppose to be open for an hour and she said we'll come back tomorrow I'm not making it and closed the window and walked away . Completely rude and unprofessional. Wouldn't tell us her name but she was a white chick looked to be mid 30s and missing a few teeth. Xenia sonic do better . Especially management.

just came by, and the lady taking orders was so rude
There are only 2 employees who are friendly and attentive. 9/10 times it takes WAY too long to get someone to acknowledge you at the speaker and to get your food. The food ends up being either wrong or sub-par most of the time. I wish my husband would stop wanting to deal with it just to get their cherry coke.
