I got charged 5 times thru the app and when I went to the store to pick up food they did not receive it and had no clue what I was saying when I told them I got charged 5 times thru the app the guy just kept looking at me and smiling saying yes over and over again.

Daughter went in to order 2 subs, they asked if it was an online order and when she said no they turned to build online orders and completely ignored her for 5 minutes until she left.

I placed an online order around 1 o’clock food was done efficiently. The issue that I have is that the place was completely dead. When I look around every table was dirty. The drink station was dirty. The floor was dirty. The trashcan was dirty. Two employee standing there doing absolutely nothing. Finally they disappear to the back A customer does arrive old man sit there for a good five minutes before saying hello and then they finally they appear. The work ethic with everyone these days is just pathetic. When there’s nothing to do and you’re not busy that restaurant should be clean. The employees need to do better and the owner should know that this is going on.

Went in to order some subs the lady that was there was super nasty telling me that I was going to be waiting a while. Another worker came in she walked off with her and left one girl up front making subs. Nobody was in front of me in line. I asked the girl so how long is a while going to be and she said well there's three people ahead of you, but there was nobody there. They were through the app or telephone orders. It just looks like someone standing in front of you would take precedence. If not my bad but you don't got to be nasty about it. I don't see why two employees walked off if they were swamped. Took my business to the subway on Detroit they're on top of it. Walmart should throw that Subway out. If you check the reviews you'll see that the a RUDE lady must be the same person.

I suggest not coming to this location. The woman who took the order was beyond rude .. my child got half a salad. Pretty wild to pay for a salad and get half of what we get any other time. When asked for more of a specific topping that my 4 year old loves and will actually eat. She literally added 3 more little onion pieces. Wild.... The soda machine is filthy... The back room where you eat is covered in garbage and no clean table to eat at. ..
