No service or food so don't know. They closed early even though the app said my food was ready. They need real-time connection with app. How can food be ready if they are closed. Waisted my time and gas to drive there just to find them closed.

I went to subway today on main street and it was the worst sub I've ever had from there. I asked for a chicken bacon ranch sub on Italian herb and cheese, non toasted which isn't hard to make. The untrained staff put cold chicken out of the cooler on my bread. They had no rotisserie on the the line. After I told them that the chicken needed to be heated, instead of getting me new bread and heating up the rotisserie chicken, the young man put my whole sub in the microwave to heat my chicken up. I'm not sure if he was taught that, 1 you get new bread and new chicken to replace and restart a new sub, but that cooking bread in a microwave will make the bread hard! I let him finish my sub. When I told him he forgot my bacon, he proceeded to put cold bacon on my sub. I told him that it needed to be heated up. He replied, "My manager said it can be put on a sub uncooked!" I told him, no you have to heat ALL meat if asked by the customer, especially something like bacon! He did not corrrct my sub like one should do. I asked him, Where is your manager?" He told me he was on vacation and that he and the other employee had only been working Two days before he left. I hold management responsible for my bad experience. Please train your employees well before you decide to leave them to their own device! This is unacceptable! If this is the, "New" service the new owner's are offering, I'll stick to making my own sandwiches at home! My sub bun was hard as a brick by time I arrived home!

This is the first time I've ever been to a subway in the US. It was pretty good. also, it had a drive through so thats cool

I went through the drive through at 8:30pm, waited for about a minute and a half for someone to answer. When they didn’t, I drove up to the window to see if I saw workers. A worker made eye contact with me through the mirror then left to the back. I assumed to go grab whoever was supposed to be working the drive through. I waited about another 30 seconds then two workers came from the back, so I backed up to order. When the worker took my ordered she sounded annoyed that I was going through the drive through and rushed. I had to assert that I wasn’t even done with the order before she told me to pull to the window. When I got home to eat… I opened it and saw this. THIS WAS’NT EVEN EHAT I ORDERED let alone the fact that this is the skimpiest 6” I’ve ever had. I’ve had relatively the same subway order for at least 10 years. I was going to go get my money back until I realized she didn’t even put the receipt in the bag.

Kid-friendliness: It’s inconsistent throughout shifts.

Sent my brother to go get subs as I didn’t want to make dinner tonight. The lady making the subs was great. She was respectful and the subs are great!! Good job to heron the other hand the manager that was there was extremely disrespectful to him. He asked a question and she snapped back with attitude, her whole demeanor was off.

I go to this location because I have had great experiences with the guy who has made my last two subs. I have a daughter with an extreme dairy allergy and he is very accommodating with changing his gloves and using a new knife so there is no cross contamination. I really appreciate that. I will continue going to this location.
