This place is awful. The order is never correct. The drive thru is always slow. We asked for a buttered bagel and got a toasted bagel. We also got chocolate tim bits that were very obviously left over from the day before. They were as hard as rocks and just disgusting. Do better people.

This place is listed under coffee shop. Which I find absolutely hilarious. This is by far the worst Tim Hortons I have ever visited. Don't ask him to make an iced coffee or a specialty drink at 7:00 in the morning because they will tell you they cannot do it that early in the morning. That's why I think it's funny that they're labeled as a coffee shop. The employees are extremely rude. They seem to always be understaffed. It's ridiculous you have to wait in the Drive-Thru line for 15 plus minutes with just two cars in front of you. It's ridiculous because they can't even make the things on their menu because it's too early in the morning.

Went through the drive thur this morning ordered a coffee and food for me and my daughter to be told they don't have hardly any donuts it's the morning shift how r u that low, and when I got my bagel you it had a whole block of cream cheese on it, there was not effort in customer service when I was at the window she just handed her hand out as was waiting on money and I told her she didn't even tell me how much it was, then told me the price w attitude, and the coffee taste burnt I will not be back.

This was my first visit to a Tim Hortons. They are a Canadian chain offering premium brewed coffees, cold beverages and light fare. The lobby and the restrooms were clean. The staff was nice and greeted us as we entered. There are a lot of beverage choices, but they have all the options covered. The donut offering seem limited but it was late afternoon and understandable. Everything we had was great. Will be back.
Parking: They have their own parking lot. So thetr seems to always be parking available.
Wheelchair accessibility: Seemed to be plenty of handicap parking, large doors, and nice clean, spacious bathrooms.
I ordered a BLT combo no cheese with a large coke. I got a ham and cheese. One little piece of ham. I understand why prices have gone up but this is ridiculous. This is not the first time this has happened.
