I would like to speak to the local owner at some point before 16JAN26. I visit periodically, sometimes on Mon/Fri/Sat. I really like the fact that you play K-Love all the time. As a result, I have been actively praying for your establishment/business for quite a while now. What I see is obvious, and I genuinely appreciate it.

I would give it a 0 if I can, I asked for simple changes and they messed it up, I had two items wasn’t a big order, and the customer service was extremely rude. They weren’t patient. The people there must really hate it there and there was no manager on duty I guess. Really don’t go to the place unless u have too

I ordered 7 items but only received 3. My debit card was charged for all 7 items. I have small children that were waiting for what they ordered. How do you split 2 donuts between 5 kids. One that is allergic to chocolate. All they sent were chocolate donuts. This is unacceptable.

This morning at 5:30 my husband and I were stopping for a coffee and wrap , staff were Amazing! Very friendly and kind, made sure our food and service was 100%. As a Canadian it was so nice walking into a classic timmies, it was like a time capsule! I'm visiting again soon 100%

New manager was amazing and very accommodating. It was almost noon and there were actually donuts available! And she totally sold me on a Reese Cup Ice Capp!
I've been going to the xenia location for a little while now and things are looking turned around ! I've noticed a change at the location . I always stop and get my coffee and birthday cake timbits before work and they just seem more fresh these days. The Staff are so friendly and they greet you with such a smile it's hard not to go every day. 10/10 highly recommend.

The young girl with dark hair that took my order was rude and gave me the wrong size coffee, when I asked for the right size I believe that she made it without the cream and sugar and mocha flavor that I paid for I go there all of the time and I was very disappointed today I don’t think I’ll be returning
