The young girl with dark hair that took my order was rude and gave me the wrong size coffee, when I asked for the right size I believe that she made it without the cream and sugar and mocha flavor that I paid for I go there all of the time and I was very disappointed today I don’t think I’ll be returning

This place is awful. The order is never correct. The drive thru is always slow. We asked for a buttered bagel and got a toasted bagel. We also got chocolate tim bits that were very obviously left over from the day before. They were as hard as rocks and just disgusting. Do better people.

Everytime I talk myself back into going to this location, I’m easily reminded why I don’t. Food is always half assed.
This place is listed under coffee shop. Which I find absolutely hilarious. This is by far the worst Tim Hortons I have ever visited. Don't ask him to make an iced coffee or a specialty drink at 7:00 in the morning because they will tell you they cannot do it that early in the morning. That's why I think it's funny that they're labeled as a coffee shop. The employees are extremely rude. They seem to always be understaffed. It's ridiculous you have to wait in the Drive-Thru line for 15 plus minutes with just two cars in front of you. It's ridiculous because they can't even make the things on their menu because it's too early in the morning.
