If there was another Wendy’s closer I’d never come back. They always close one of the drive thru lines. U can literally read the menu at least 5x while waiting for someone to take your order. The buns are always stale. Just poor management and service. Lazy people work here obviously

Much improvement over this time last year. The store was on the verge of being shut down and it definitely should have been the employees were rude unprofessional management did nothing about it. Things have improved 75% and service comes with a smile now

We used to have issues with this location, closest to our home, but they seem to have turned that around! Our food is always fresh now, the lines are tolerable, and they really get the food out quickly.

We ordered 3 sandwiches with bacon. Got home no bacon and the cheeseburgers were burnt and nuggets was old. I called and did go back 3
days later and they made it right.

Evening. 45 minutes in the drive thru, got to the window and the lady said they couldn't make frosties. It's Wendy's! We left!

i ordered a chicken biggie bag. It had cheese on it. Dairy issues. I ordered 2 double stack biggie bags. Had onion and mayo on them. Food wasn't warm. Also set at the screen in the drive through for what seemed like 10 minutes before being able to order.

Well tell the only thing they got right was the waters lol We explained that they got the burgers wrong.They handed us the wrong burgers again. Worng frostys lol 😆 did give us extra straws so a big plus

Customer service is terrible!!! Family wanted to eat inside and when we walked in, there was an elderly couple already standing at the counter waiting to order. We stood there for more than 10 minutes waiting before an employee came to the counter to take their order. This same employee had just been standing around since we arrived waiting for the prep line to make food for what turned out to be a mobile order. After the employee took the elderly couple’s order, he disappeared from the front. After standing there for more than 15 minutes, him disappearing from the front was the last straw, we walked out. Other employees working the drive thru would occasionally look over as the line at the front counter but no one would come to help. Wendy’s, please give your employees training and make sure your managers are doing their job!
