We first go through drive thru and they say it will take 5-10 to take an order. We go to a different place and come back and now try the counter and there’s maybe 5 people, my daughther orders 1 chili and they first charge it and a couple of min. They give her cash because apparently they don’t have any chili. What type of fast food place is this and it seem like it they where being racist because everybody that has order food has got there food order. I swear this fast food places are all over the USA but the employees don’t have no customer service or desire to work. No cars in premises at all!

I walked inside to order my food and they would not accept cash. They said they didn't have time. Yes they were busy but still no excuse. They were very much under staffed. Another gentleman walked out behind me and we both went to Arby's. The people there were very friendly. I was very disappointed in Wendy's.

Ordered two son of baconators Both of the sandwiches was covered in ketchup. Somebody was in line complaining about their order how they messed up all 10 people at their table I look behind the counter and all I seen was people playing on their phones In fact, one lady took a french fry order and put it in front on her bib pouch on the apron she was wearing along with a cheese to dip it in Very ghetto I have noticed that Google questions people’s reviews But I’m telling you the truth a lot of the reviews on here that are giving them four or five stars are fake I like Wendy’s grown-up as a kid I like the chili I like your sandwiches and their salad But when somebody purposely soaks your sandwich and ketchup on purpose, not once, but twice that is not good service Google has a lot to learn about reviews I’m a real customer. I’m really am disappointed in this location. Because I truly believe Wendy’s, it’s a great restaurant when it is ran right

Apparently the people they hire are illiterate. Reading is fundamental and required to pass elementary school, apparently, it's not required to work at Wendy's. How is it they can screw up and entire order. Ordered chili cheese fries, receieved baconator fries. Ordered a baconator no ketchup, extra mayo, pickles and onion and receive a normal baconator with ketchup. Like why is it so hard to do it job and do it correctly? The price you pay is not worth the food/service you receive.

Avoided Xenia Wendy's due to no beans in chili for 3 months today went and got 2 chilies had 5 beans in 1 and 7 beans in the 2nd. Will not go back to xenia's Wendy's

Been getting their ghost pepper ranch chicken sandwich every weekend for the past 3 weeks. Only made right once. This last time it wasn't even a ghost pepper chicken sandwich, but rather a spicy crispy chicken sandwich. Drove too far to turn back.

Mind-boggling they update the place and it's now worse. Dirty, unorganized, tier-one smoothbrains working here. You really have to do something with the homeless and transients hanging out there. The smell is not good for business. Maybe a experienced manager could handle this. Maybe.
