I'm sure the food is fine, but often I'm running through in the morning to grab a coffee or something simple and fast. I have left more than once just due to the long wait times to even get an order placed. On Friday a lady in the car next to me yelled over and told me that the person inside was giving at least a 7 minute wait time until orders could be placed. I guess I don't value their coffee that much, I'd rather just go to McDonalds where the line is 3...

Came through in August 22nd, there was a long wait to the point people were leaving. I waited about 15 minutes just to get to the drive thru speaker to be able to order. The staff that I encountered was kind and the food was good.
