Went for my 3rd time yesterday. Completely obsessed with their food. Such a unique blend of flavors. I have found my favorite in the Masala Chaat and the hummus with pita sides. Also tried some sesame bun thing this time that was a special, very tasty! Happened to talk to Angie, one of the owners, this time. What friendly person she is! Great chat. The staff, Van and Ashlyn, were also so friendly. Always bright and cheery. Love being able to sit outside and make small talk with other friendly customers. As a vegan it’s hard to find HEALTHY tasty food, this checks all the boxes!

MAZU: Where Flavor Takes the Spotlight

Stepping into MAZU is like entering a culinary theater where every dish deserves a standing ovation. From the zesty Hummus and Falafel Platter to the umami-packed Yansu Mushrooms, each plate is a masterclass in flavor choreography. The Chocolate Pudding? A sweet sonnet. The Masala Chaat? A vegetarian revelation that could convert the staunchest carnivore (me).

And the staff? Total pros — the kind of effortlessly cool, wildly attentive crew that makes you feel like a beloved regular even if it’s your first time.

MAZU doesn't just serve meals; it curates experiences that linger on your palate and in your memories. In a world of culinary understudies, MAZU is the headliner you didn't know you were waiting for. Bravo!

We found this restaurant and happy cow and it had lots of good reviews. The place did not disappoint. We’re here on a beautiful summer day and ate outside in the garden. It’s a quiet spot with a dozen or so tables and lots of greenery. I started out with a wellness shot, which was delicious. My dining partner, and I split the falafel sandwich, dandan mian noodles, scallion, pancake, and chocolate pudding. Everything we had was delicious. A staff is very friendly. Counter service and they bring the food out to you. Water is served in a stainless steel urn with stainless steel cups. This place is a winner!

Amazing vegan food with blend of many cultural inspirations. Not your average restaurant. Prepare to be wowed.

Friggin amazing cuisine. I mean, they did the unthinkable: scallion pancake burrito (wrap). It’s genius. The mushrooms are so simple yet so delicious. The bao is wow. We just love this place. 2nd time eating here and it exceeded our expectations again.

The food is excellent, but the only reason I give it a four star is because I’m a germaphobe and I wish they would wear gloves and be a little bit more hygienic while they’re preparing food.

Stopped in here with my sister in law when our original destination was closed and were we lucky to stumble upon this gem.
Menu has lots of options, food was delicious, eaton on a cute little patio, and I wish i had remembered to take pictures when here because the presentation was lovely too. Definitely recommend!

Stopped in with a large group of family (6 people) for lunch during the holiday season. The staff was extremely accommodating and helped us organize a big table. However, the food for the group came out rather slowly. We still had a great meal and enjoyed everything but this may be a better place for small groups who want a quick meal. Everyone enjoyed their meals but with only one person in the kitchen things take time. I would still highly recommend checking it out just only do so when you aren’t in a hurry. (May be better in summer with the outdoor seating.)
