Wow!!! We purchased the cinnamon rolls among several other items. As others have noted in previous reviews...that is the best cinnamon roll we have eaten. We will be back for more and plan to try the empanadas. The Ethiopian coffee was a nice complimentary flavor to go along with the rolls as well.

Update: As promised we returned to the bakery during our boomerang vist to YS. The owners are a pleasure to speak with and are very kind. We returned for the Empanadas as we suggested we would, they are very good and the salsa has a pleasant spice. Of course we purchased a few additional cinnamon rolls for breakfast. The bread (deluxe bread Sunday) was as described..buttery and light as a croissant. If you appreciate quality bakery, please patronize the Yellow Springs Baking Company.

I had never been in before and tried one of your iced cinnamon rolls. It was SO good! Delicious with light icing that was tasty and totally complemented the roll without being heavy or greasy! Looking forward to my next visit!

First time stopping in there today and was not disappointed! The new location in downtown YS is cute! I ordered an orange tart that was absolutely mouthwatering and super creamy! And I think it had a piece of candied orange on top of it. It was gone too fast for me to really pay attention. 😂 I also ordered a pain au chocolat that was super light, flaky, and buttery and the chocolate that was in it wasn’t too sweet (maybe a semi sweet or dark chocolate?) so it complimented the buttery taste of the pastry! I was in absolute heaven!

Made a special trip to YSB and so much happier for it. We loved everything. Scones, croissants, and the magnificently delicious Cinnamon rolls. I will definitely be back. I love pastries, especially when made by locally owned people they are so much better! Don't wait go get some!!!

Hard to rate the atmosphere with pickup only- but my order was correct, ready for me upon arrival and delicious. I highly recommend the empanadas! Had the ground beef and the chicken this time and the veggie last visit. All three were great! The Chef is crushing it!!

Amazingly delicious, freshly made empanadas! A great treat after biking the trail.

Fun visit, Karina does a beautiful dough so her cinnamon rolls, her croissants, and her bready treats, any of them, are so decedent and light. Just recently, I had the empanadas, they are not fried and were flavor rich. Fun visit.

Every single thing they make is shockingly delicious and perfectly made. The chocolate croissant is godlike.
