The pizza is good. Service not so good. Tried to order tonight and they shut down for Christmas party (why not have your Christmas party during hours that you’re not open?). And and this is not posted anywhere that they would be closed this evening.They have run out of dough before and then go sit outside and smoke. When people pull up, they just yelled to them We’re closed out of dough. They have another location less than 10 miles away, get dough from them Or plan better it was a Friday night. And lastly, their advertised hours are open till 10 pm (yes, even Friday and Saturday nights) but yet you call up there at quarter till no one answers the phone or if they do they answer it and they say sorry we’re closed and they hang up on you immediately.All I’m saying is the product is good, but if you can get it but the customer service that is a roll of the dice. It’s frustrating.

I live up deep run Rd. I'm a mile away from Yorkville Ohio and whoever answered and hung up on me and said they don't deliver to Martin's ferry. Although this is literally the only place that delivers to me. I actually did the math. my GPS says I'm 1.1 of miles away from the shop. Good luck, I'm glad they stay in business somehow....

I've only had food from here twice but both times the food was pretty good and the service was amazing. The delivery drive Joe(I think was his name) was a very nice guy and professional. I definitely recommend trying pizza express if you are in the Yorkville area.

Ordered at 520 PM. Payed for at 615 and told the order wasn't even started yet. Drove around for a half hour, went back, still not ready. Then after kindly saying next time please give us a call if it's goin to take longer than the expected wait time. The dude slammed the sliding door in our faces and walked away. Never going there again

Totally RUDE and unprofessional staff!!! This place has went downhill. I’ve been a customer for nearly 20 years.. LOST MY BUSINESS! Lobby was closed so I backed up to the window to pickup my order and was refused service. The Store manager Brian was yelling and cussing at me with a truck load of kids while employees were standing around outside smoking cigarettes. This man child needs to be fired and never work in the public again. BEWARE OF THIS ESTABLISHMENT!!

This pizza joint is a hidden gem for the area and really underrated. The belly buster is a family favorite. Crust is always well cooked and toppings fresh and tasty. Whatever they use to season the crust is amazing. I'd choose this place over any other pizza place locally
