Late night visit at around 10 pm and I pulled up to the window and there was a 5 minute wait because the guy at the window said that they’re making my sandwich fresh. Got my sandwich, it was cold along with my fries. He claimed my sandwhich was gonna be nice and hot but I couldn’t even smell it and the foil was cold then I unwrapped it and it’s cold of course. I think he meant my steak nuggets because they were the only hot fresh thing tonight. I ordered the chicken sandwhich with curly fries and my fries were so cold that I went around and had to ask for fresh fries. I did not mention my sandwich because I know what it’s like to be paid minimum wage and I just got home and currently heating my sandwhich up. The steak nuggets were the only good tasting fresh item out of the other food I ordered. On top of that I got a HI C with my meal and it was watered down so at the window I asked for a sprite that’s also watered down. Probably won’t pay this Arby’s location another visit.

Had a order of a chicken Sandwich with bacon, (didn’t come with bacon) ordered that with mozzarella sticks(didn’t get that either) ordered two chicken tenders for friends (we did get that) and those came with fries which were also missing. They gave us wrong drink sizes. but they didn’t forget to give us 9 bbq sauces

order was entirely messed up, made me come in for my online order and was just rude
What a shame, wanted to buy lunch for my husband and his boss. Ordered 4 sandwiches for $10.00. That wasn't bad, the sandwiches we're so bad, they looked old, tasted old and looked almost brown. When I asked for Horsey Sauce I got red sauce. Never again will I buy from you again!!!!
Parking: I had to park and wait for my food, but there was no designated area "out back".
