Horrible..haven't been here in over a year because of horrible food ..decided to try this again and had to throw out all the food! Mozzarella sticks fries and chicken fingers all old cold and couldn't even chew the chicken ..turkey sandwich dry and nasty...Arby's has lost there way..or at least this one has!

This is the first time I ever had a problem with this Arby’s Location, completely got my order wrong and there was black stuff in my food , no stars!

I just went to Arby's and ordered one of there burgers and they put a burger on my bun that looks like it's been sitting for hours. It was so disgusting that I had to throw it away which really pi**** me off because I just wasted money. I will never eat here again.

Manager is extremely unprofessional, i applied for a job on the floor and received a call today, just a few days after I applied, this is how the following went. “ *quietly* hey is Charles there?” “ yes, Im him. whats up?” Her-“Nevermind” Then she hung up, I then called back asking and saying “you asked for Charles? This is me who’s this?” She actually responded with “oh it’s nothing, just how you answered the phone” in an extremely snarky manner. Wont be bothered to come work here even if i NEEDED to. Good to know i Also have eaten here twice and both times I ended up sick. So go ahead and explain that too.

I pulled into the drive thru. As soon as I pulled up, "Go head with your order" So I say Hello! She says "Go head with your order" I said...I don't want anything and pulled off!! Rude!!

Visited on Sunday 5/12/24 at 12:30pm. We walked in and stood at the counter for 7 minutes and wasn't even acknowledged while they walked around working on a door dash order. The person working up front kept her back to us and did not look at us 1 time. The person in the back was scrolling on his dirty phone with his gloves on that he will prepare food with. We walked out and went someplace else.
