Arby's used to be so much better. Their portions have shrank and the sandwiches are very sloppily made. The beef and cheddars we ordered were a mess. Bun was upside down, meat wasn't on the bun but inside the wrapper, cheese sauce was everywhere. Their redeeming quality is the horsey sauce, 3 pepper sauce, and Arby's sauce. They have items that no other fast food chains have and the roast beef is amazing! The BEST thing about them is their coupons!!! They have the best deals.

IMMIXTAPE OLD

They gave us cold chicken sandwiches. We asked for a remake and they told us it would be a five minute wait. Twenty minutes later, they presented us with cold sandwiches again. I believe they gave us the same sandwiches back. The service was miserable. The attendant was attitudinal rolling his eyes and all when we asked for the remake. The manager was no better.He seemed to have an attitude as well. When I called corporate, they said they would refund my money. That was a week, and a half ago I had to call again today to ask where the money was. We will see if I ever get my refund.

Stopped here for dinner this evening with a friend from out of town. This is the first time I have went inside and sat down to eat. Every time I have previously been here, it was always through the drive thru. There were not many customers inside dining. We received service immediately once we figured what we wanted to order. They were very knowledgeable as to what was on the different sandwiches I had questions about. They were also very helpful and willing to make my sandwich exactly how I wanted it. All three workers that were near the front counter, acted professional and were very curtious to me and my friend. Our food was made fresh and was served in a timely manner. I used the restroom during my visit. The women's room was clean and looked how a public restroom should be kept. The only thing I even noticed was that the floor by the table we ate at was very sticky. This is something that is probably normal as there are many people in and out of there throughout one day. A customer may have spilled their soda and then tried to clean it up theirselves. I don't feel like the floor being sticky is a reflection at all on this Arby's or the employees. I am sure they mop their floors nightly. I was very impressed with how this Arby's looked this evening and how personable the employees were. I feel like when people are doing a good job they should be recognized. Good job this evening guys, I will be back probably more often than usual and I will definitely be dining in more than I have been.

30 minute wait for 2 beef and cheddars and a fry half empty..Forgot my horsey sauce too. Not a single car ahead of me..cars behind me pulled out and left!! . Will never go back. Do better!!!!

Broken seats and lack luster food/service equal unpleasant expirences. Waited a long time at the counter and had to call out to staff to help me at the register. After ordering nearly got hurt from a bench that was broken. Gyros were just lousy. I've had them in several states and this location by far was the worst. Ordered extra veggies on my gyros and only got the normal ammout. I'm pretty sure they would have corrected it but it wasn't worth a long wait to get someone to help. But wait a canned reply from Arby's is sure to be below. Arbys, save the canned reply and do something about this loction. No reply to this post is needed. Thanks.

I waited in the drive through line for almost 40 minutes for a deluxe fish sandwich, turkey sandwich, and a large potato cake. When I got home I started eating and there was NO fish on my sandwich. It is not that hard to get an order correct is it? Maybe it is.
