Was the only person in drive thru ordered a meal and two sliders. They made me pull forward, sat there for 10 minutes they forgot my drink and sauces then seemed mad that I asked for them, then they gave me the wrong sandwich for my meal. A sandwich I don’t like.

I’m not one to complain but I waited in the drive thru for a good 29 minutes. Finally got my food, drove home and the order was wrong. I scanned the QR code before I left. A person called me and said I would be receiving get right coupons Never happened and will not go back to the Boardman location

I have gone for the last time. If you want a fresh hot fish sandwich or fries you will not get it. Even if you ask. So I am fro Boardman but Will go to Poland store. They are always on top of things

It was Arby's. I grabbed a few Arby Melts and chocolate shakes for the kids on my way home. They were very happy. I usually feed them Slim Jim sandwiches for Dinner.

For something different than a burger I really enjoy Arby's. Download their app or use coupons when available. Good stuff.
Had the gyro. Don't feel as though it was made with love. I don't care much for this location. Too small, tables seem on top of one another. Food was doable, just felt as though sandwich was made in a rushMeat was all in one spot.
Had coupons and had to go in due to registers were down meal was cold not correct or fast too fast totally terrible.Parking: Big bump

Service is a joke. Mobile order to pick up food is horrible. Order was placed 10 minutes ago and the lady at the window tells me it just came through on their end, and to wait 20 seconds, and pull around the drive thru again, to wait in line behind other orders waiting in line. What? Why do i have to pull around and wait in again, and then tell her AGAIN, that I'm here for a pickup order that was placed 10 minutes ago? This place is backwards.
