This was trash ruined my day. Asked for chicken tenders and got half eaten chicken tenders. Asked for a roast beef sandwich the put batteries in my sandwich.

Most of the time is pretty good. Service has improved overall. Drive thru always. Eat breakfast lunch or dinner on different days.

They need to change their pictures on the menu because it's getting ridiculous! Literally had a boneless chicken wing on a chicken biscuit! Roast beef sandwiches are the size of a slider! Honestly this place should just close and let us have something else in that location because Arby's is a joke!

Used to be a good location NOW,.45mins for a sandwich and half a portion of lage fries,..they charge ya but put 7fries in a large box

Placed mobile order and everything was good but, they forgot my 6 piece chicken nuggets/strips. They did however give me my BBQ sauce to dip

Ordered a combo meal with potato cakes. Got home and guess what...no potato cakes....AGAIN. This is not the 1st time it has happened at this location. Also there was some what I felt was inappropriate conversation going on while I waited for my food. The worker could have shut the window to keep discussing their topic but kept it open...finally I had heard enough and turned on my radio to block some of it out which I guess finally got the workers attention. They handed me my bag and I went on my way only to find out I overpaid for just a sandwich that after listening to the conversation I didn't even want to eat.

I visit this location at least once a month, and the wait in the drive through is always incredibly long once I get to the front of the line., no matter the time of day. Yet when I look through the window, there are always at least three employees standing around, staring into space. My food order is always right but the labor costs must be eating up any profit this location makes with so many employees who apparently have nothing to do.
