The workers who worked on 11/6/25 were very ignorant. Before I ordered they were standing around laughing gossiping and on their phones. One finally turned around to take my order by stating “o, how can I help you” ordered an unsalted pretzel with cheese for my 7 year old whom I had to pick up from childcare after. As I got near the next corner I reach in the bag to take a little piece of his pretzel and it was completely hard as if it was sitting under the light for a long time. I immediately called them no answer at the first attempt so I waited about 3 mins as I was driving to call again which I did get an answer. I told the woman what the issue was and she stated “well I wasn’t up here so it wasn’t me” I proceeded to tell her that it was ok I just want another one or my money back the next time I’m out that way. She then stated “ well I have your receipt and you need to bring us our product back so that we can give you a refund or another pretzel. I then told her I can’t make it back out there by close . I asked can she take my name down she stated again “well can not do anything until you bring us our product back. Now I’m getting angry because when I’m able to make it back out there I was going to take it back just wrap it I guess until I could make it out there I don’t know how else I would have stored it. They were very rude and laughing while I was trying to get a issue resolved very rude and careless. I would never ever buy anything else from this location again. They knew that pretzel was old and they still sold it to me that was very ignorant.

It’s now Wednesday morning and it still bothers me how unfairly we were treated. It was 10:40am Saturday morning 9/13/2025 After purchasing shoes I walked to food court . My child asked for a pretzel and lemonade. I was told by guy they don’t open until 11am so I walked to frulatti . After buying smoothie I walked back past to see a white customer enjoying the same items I were denied of purchasing. At 10:44 am just 4 minutes later. My question is if it was closed to me how was it opened to her ? I wasn’t rude loud or inappropriately dressed as the stereotypical way of describing my people. So I’m wondering besides my skin color what else was this reason for refusal ?

Employee did not listen to what I wanted at all. Tried to give me what he thought he heard, when I corrected him said oh that will be x amount more instead of trying to fix it. So I just got a refund and left. Will be a while before going back bc I do love auntie Anne's pretzels. Employees need to make sure to repeat orders and/or ask questions to make sure it order is correct or if they are unsure if what they heard was right.

Awesome place and they even let me order a take home pretzel kit even though they were discontinued a while back, but still made it up special, which I appreciated more than ever!! Thanks, guys!!!!
