Awesome place and they even let me order a take home pretzel kit even though they were discontinued a while back, but still made it up special, which I appreciated more than ever!! Thanks, guys!!!!

I don't usually leave negative reviews... However, I will today. Let me start by saying, the food and service is usually decent. My problem today is that they open at 11 and started cooking at 11. There should be food ready to be served when it opens. In addition, there was nobody there until right before 11.

The food here is good but I went here today and the front cashier looked so overwhelmed. I totally get that. She was frantic because they were busy so I understand. But when I reminded her I needed my drinks and got them, they tasted awful. The soda was clearly out. So I went back patiently and told her. Then another girl working there said this girl needs you and rolled her eyes. Then the manager I'm guessing came over looking annoyed to check. Turns out I was right..it was out. She got me something else. Then my pretzels finally came out and they were fine but I was missing something. Everytime I had to go back up because of mistakes they made...which I was very nice about. They were rude. The cashier not so much rude, just stressed. Not worth the stress to ever go back.

Prices are outrageous. Almost $5 for a "large" drink. Looked more like a medium to me.
