The most beautiful bartender I've seen in a long time very sweet and very attentive. If I do come back there would be specifically because of her service and how wonderful she was. I recently visited Barrel Head Tavern and wanted to share my experience. First off, the place has a really clean and inviting vibe, which is always a plus. The bartender was super friendly and made me feel right at home, which definitely added to the overall atmosphere.
Now, let’s talk about the food. While the wings are a steal at just 75 cents, I found the menu a bit underwhelming. The flavors didn’t quite stand out, and I wouldn’t say it’s a destination for food lovers. As for the drinks, they felt a bit on the pricey side for the area, which was a little surprising.
Overall, it’s a nice spot to hang out with friends, especially if you’re looking for a casual place to unwind. However, I can’t say I’d go out of my way to return. If you’re in the neighborhood and want a chill atmosphere with friendly service, it’s worth a stop, but don’t expect a culinary adventure!

You must get the barrel chicken sandwich! It’s absolutely delicious. Nicely stocked bar and a very cool atmosphere!

If you're looking for some delicious jumbo wings, then you need to check out Barrel Head Tavern!! Mike has some awesome wings and a great deal: 75¢ wings all day, every day! You have to buy a minimum of 10, and a drink purchase is required, but it's well worth it. These are the hot garlic ranch wings with added minced garlic.

Worst bar they don’t update the pictures so you think they have the food in the picture well think again. The bar is always filthy same for the bathrooms and they charge ridiculous prices go down the street toward Youngstown there better bars and significantly cheaper drinks.
