First time ordering. Order was wrong. Ordered cheesy pizza with extra cheese and mushrooms, fish sandwich, and salad. Pizza had little to no cheese. Fish sandwich was not made got a hoagie sandwich. The salad was the only thing that was correct. Will not be ordering again!

I wish that I could give a zero star rating. An item was missing from an order I placed, and my information was supposed to be taken down. I was mistreated and lied to when I tried to rectify the situation. I was asked why didn't I notice it missing when I got my order, then I was lied to and told I received a credit for the missing item that I know I didn't get. It was only $9, and I didn't even want my money back, I just wanted the item I had not received. That $9 that I loss will cost them a lot more in the long run. I will never step foot on that property again, even if I'm starving. There's no way a customer should have been treated the way I was, and I got a lot of attitude on top of that. Lucky I decided to walk away instead of causing a scene, they're definitely not worth my peace.

We order pizza from here often. It's pretty good! Sometimes they forget that we ordered white sauce instead of red though. That has happened a few times, but we just eat it anyway. I really like their cauliflower crust.

I was told they had no 12 in pizza so they upped charged me to a 1/2 sheet pizza looked at it and it was oval not square..

Waitress was rude,we waited 5 minutes to order.we got the pasta special. We asked for a couple of containers to take the rest of our food home
What a hassle that was so we were charged 1.50 for the containers my mother wanted a couple of rolls to yake home with her dinner.they wanted extra for that,and let's not forget the .78 cent charge for using a credit card. And the food was not as good as it used to be. We will not be going back there anytime soon

Party of 2 we had the world of Italy an cavitelli and meat balls and veggie basket was the order.
The cavitelli was how I would explain chef boy R d in a can how it pours out an has so much sauce an very little noodles that exactly what i recieved, Had to order extra plain noodles and meatballs have texture of frozen meatball or cheap meat and alot of breadcrumbs that make them soft chewy and falling apart. World of Italy was laughable the eggplant is not made in house and they burnt it taste of oil and burnt breading. Also order the lasagna with no sauce came with so much sauce covering it scooping it off was a job in it self the Alfredo was basic an you can not microwave it next day turn to oil and butter. Salad bar was good. overall the young server kid was apologetic but no discount since foods wasnt prepare the way we asked for it an he acknowledged he thought the pasta dish look smaller then normal. Atmosphere was dime an dark in most places.

This was our first time to this location. Michelle greeted us, set us up with drinks and menus while we waited. Service was awesome. Food was fantastic. (I ordered one of Michelle's spring specials. The whole place was beautiful and spotless. The other Bellarias should take a few lessons.

Heard nothing but good things so I went in with my wife. Was very hungry so I was excited to eat my chicken bacon ranch Stromboli. First thing I noticed was the lack of bacon. It seemed like there was ham in it instead. Okay maybe that’s just how they do it here, but then I found a hair on my plate. I’m no Karen so I thought maybe it was from one of my dogs at home and kept eating, but then I found ANOTHER TWO hairs on my plate. It just kind of turned me off of food for the evening. I’m an honest guy and I don’t like to be a karen but I probably won’t return here .
