Placed an order last night before closing & found a big nasty piece of hair in my pizza , called back this morning to find out I couldn’t get a refund because “They need the pizza to see proof , not a receipt the pizza! “ which it was only $8 bucks I’ll get that disputed but the service & the quality of Belleria has changed! Tacky business! I will not be back!

The food is usually really good but can sometimes be inconsistent. Sometimes the dough is fluffy, fresh and delicious..other times it is flat, chewy, and more dense. Also, I ordered the exact same pizza on chow now a week apart and got two completely different pizzas, one white, and one with red sauce. They said I needed to specify that I wanted white sauce, which is fine. I’m not sure why I got a white pizza the first time without specifying. I believe that this is more of a communication problem between the app and the restaurant than any one persons fault. I hope you guys don’t take this to heart and more as constructive criticism, I’ll be a lifelong customer no matter what.

When growing up was never a big fan. Seemed to saucy to me. But since moving away I've missed their pizza so I usually always get it when I'm in town to take home with me. Always bring back wonderful memories of my childhood with every single bite.
Belleria was a treat for my siblings and I when I was a young child. It continues to be a treat every time I visit Youngstown! It is still the best pizza in the creation of the world!!! I have enjoyed Belleria pizza for well over 40 years and counting! It's a shame that the one in Columbus ohio didn't meet the standards of the restaurants in Youngstown. Rest assured though, that I will get a large with sausage and pepperoni every time that I visit home.
