We did not have a great experience at the Boardman Bob Evans this evening. It took quite some time for them to greet us at the hostess stand and then even longer to get us menus and take our order. The waitress had a very bad attitude and seemed like she didn't want to help us or be there at all. Food took a while and when it came a few things were wrong. She never offered to fix them, nor did we ever get refills on our drinks. It was a bad experience from start to finish.

Everything here was at very best, standard. There food was OK, but nothing was seasoned and our eggs were overcooked. Probably with other options tasting better and same price or even cheaper, I will most likely not come back. Our server was nice though.

My husband and I were told our wait would just be a few minutes and took down our name. We noticed another couple arrive that was seated right away and figured they had a reservation. Then another couple. Then one person. All seated right away. About 20 mins later as the 4th group was about to be taken to their seats I walked up and asked about our table. The hostess entirely forgot about us and said sorry but didn't seem to actually care and seemed inconvenienced by it. Our server was very kind, however the food was flavorless? You could see it was unseasoned but even the sausage and french toast had absolutely no flavor, which I didn't think was possible.
They were pretty moderately okay. Would probably do it again sometime if someone invited me lol

I have ordered pickup from them 3 times thi week. It's our time, gas, and money driving back and forth, but somehow there is a nice size tip added to our order every single time. I would not be as upset as I am now, but they cannot seem to get our orders correct, and leave off items when the order is bagged. I should not have to open up my orders and dig through my food to verify that an employee is doing their job. It's rediculous that you have a job to do and cannot seem to do it correctly. I suggest that every single person check their order and pull everything out of the bag before leaving. Even if it holds up a line. They could care less if your order is right or not.
