When I went last Tues after work at 3am the most pleasant voice came across the drive thru speaker. I have never experienced a nice employee at that time of night working the drive thru. At ANY location! This girl was so nice fast and friendly I tipped $10 and said keep doing what your doing! M7ch better experience than at the Meridian and Mahoning location! That woman is a tyrant.

I visited Burger King on December 13, 2024, and experienced inadequate service from an employee. She exhibited an unwarranted attitude while on the phone, consistent with her typical unprofessional behavior. I waited patiently but was met with annoyance when I expressed my concern. In contrast, the staff at the second window were polite. As a regular customer, I find this employee's daily attitude troublesome. I spoke with a manager and requested to speak with the store manager. I suggest retraining or reassigning this employee to improve the store's reputation and customer satisfaction, particularly considering its location near the freeway. If unresolved, I will consider alternative options like Dunkin. The employee was a light skin black female!

Every time I try to give this location another chance, they burn me. We waited in the drive thru for 30 minutes after they said "1 second please". The worst part is I had already placed my order on the app. This is the worst BK location in northeast Ohio. They have the longest wait times, they ignore you in the lobby, they're rude and sassy and they make it obvious that they don't want to be there. Half of the time the food isn't even hot if you decide to wait for it. Upon contacting BK for a refund they said they can't cancel orders after they've been placed so now I also have to contact capital one to have them do a charge back to get my money back. I will not be wasting my time on this location again and I recommend you drive the extra 5 minutes to the Boardman location.
Lady at front counter was rude and dismissive, said since we came in with a coupon to use the kiosk instead of coming to the register in a very rude way

It's pretty cheap food in a crappy area. I ordered 2 whoppers with no tomato. I waited around 8 minutes for them to give me two whopper juniors with tomatoes. Only noticed after I got home, so I wasn't really upset until I looked at my receipt and they charged me for 2 full size whoppers.
To give you an idea of how much they uncharged me, 2 whoppers cost $14. Two shopper juniors are only $5. I won't be returning to this BK again. There's 1 like 2.5m away in a better area with better service.
