Only had 2 cars in the drive thru and waited 11 minutes for my food to come out

Always takes forever to go through drive through. Even when ordering ahead.
This time everything was not in bag so I had to go back. They didn't compensate. Got home and none of the burgers were made right .

They took a literal 5 minutes before they spoke to anyone at the drive thru window and the inside is closed and I've been sitting here for 20 minutes and one car has pulled up

Today there was a huge mixup when I ordered off Uber eats because Burger King didn’t have the vanilla shakes or any shakes available but the on-call manager, manager Hyde was excellent completely recommend 10 stars if I could give!!
Waited in the line the first time for maybe about 10-15 minutes to get food placed a mobile order I was picking up got the food wasn’t our food went around the second time waited in the drive thru another 25 minutes then for my order to be cold and still missing stuff y’all need to get your stuff together

I just went there about an hour ago I placed an order asked for fresh fries. The lady proceeded to look at me, roll her eyes and say drop of fresh fry then I tell her I have three fries and she said oh you want all of them fresh in a smart way obviously who don’t want fresh fries then , she proceeded to go over to the light skin boy and whisper to him making a smart comment talk about they come here all the time thinking their food‘s gonna be fresh didn’t even whisper it quietly. I heard her and she looked like she was a manager that’s extremely unprofessional that needs to be handled. Then, when I came in before I placed my order, she was in there, talking about another manager loud enough for the customer to hear it and that’s extremely unprofessional then she proceeded to talk about this other manager the entire time while me and another customer is waiting on our food and she’s talking loudly. She’s not even talking quiet then she keeps bringing up. I get off an hour. I’m ready to go. I don’t wanna be here. then the light skin boy, he literally threw my fries in the bag when I said, threw, he threw my fries, was all turned upside down everywhere. None of my fries were full because he dumped them in my bag I literally watched him throw my fries in the bag literally threw it in there. Then, when I asked him for ketchup, he rolled his eyes y’all need to do better with y’all staff because they’re extremely unprofessional and they’re unhygienic cause he was biting his nails before he was giving people their food and that’s nasty. He was literally sitting there chewing on his nails touching peoples french fries. It was a big older white lady with a short haircut, and her hair was redish/Burgundy she literally was talking about how she didn’t like her job. Don’t apply to work somewhere if you don’t like the job because it’s not my fault she decided to work at Burger King She applied to work there, not me so why you got attitude with me as soon as I walked in, she rolled her eyes and had a attitude that people was coming inside. It’s not my fault she decided to work at Burger King in her 50s Find a better job 😘 don’t take your anger out on the customers.

The employees are very lazy soon as I walked in I saw the attitudes on their faces. I had to use the kiosk instead of a real human if they don’t want to work then leave the job don’t be brining bad energy to everyone else. They move very slow I waited 15 mins for a drink that was too sweet and an impossible whopper I don’t appreciate spending my money that have horrible customer service

When I went last Tues after work at 3am the most pleasant voice came across the drive thru speaker. I have never experienced a nice employee at that time of night working the drive thru. At ANY location! This girl was so nice fast and friendly I tipped $10 and said keep doing what your doing! M7ch better experience than at the Meridian and Mahoning location! That woman is a tyrant.

slowest burger king everrrrrrrrrr. everytime I end up here the service is so slow. there could be no one in line and it will take staff 5min just to acknowledge you're at the drive through speaker. on the bright side my order is usually correct.
