I work midnight shift in a close proximity, it seems no matter what time I go to get food between 2am till 430am the system is always down. I have done this multiple times different weeks sometimes back to back days my success rate of actually getting food is maybe one out of 5 tries. In my opinion the employees are stealing basically because they are turning away businesses but still being paid hourly. It’s to the point when I finally do get an employee to talk to me after waiting 5 mins at the drive thru speaker with no response I already know they are going to say the system is down. You need a real supervisor on nights.

I went to get the Big King meal they messed my sandwich up twice had a bad attitude about it fries were cold because I had to wait for them to fix my sandwich then they messed it up again..was very disappointed this is the reason I stopped going to burger King there's never enough workers they have terrible attitudes and always messing up my food..it have been over 2years since I been back at Burger King now I remember why..

Didnt have a good experience. Not going back. They kept saying it's only mobile orders and credit cards. I kept telling them I had a credit card. Then they said they're switching to breakfast and it's going to be a wait. Whatever, there's a million other lady food restaurants that actually want to sell you food

So I go to burger King late night since they are 24 hrs. I get to the window for the lady to say we are only doing mobile orders, so I pull to the side and make a mobile order, as SHE stated to do. I pull back around and she says my mobile ordering is down. What type of business is yall running here? And had the nerve to be rude. Now I gotta wait for the app to get my money back after this so called worker told me to make a mobile order. Smh just completely unprofessional. Quit if you don't like your job.
