I've given this specific location so many chances, and each time they continue to disappoint, the employees are either wanting fired, or just plain unresponsive to getting an order correct. Don't come to this location unless you want a hard time.

My experience at this burger king was very pleasant. I went for lunch on 12/9/2025. The lobby was clean and the staff greeted me with kindness and professionalism. My food was fresh and wait time was short despite them being busy. I dont get an overall good experience at many fast food restaurants, so i will definitely eat lunch here again.

I ordered from here the other day, in the middle of a 10 hr ER trip for my husband. Fries were cold. They didn't mark diet or regular for the root beer(s). Didn't have the right cheese I wanted for a sandwich. This is what is really just baffling to me, they would NOT give a ranch and a buffalo sauce. Lol, so so wierd! I bought food, over $20...it doesn't matter what I ordered. If your customer wants sauce-give sauce. I had 2 chicken items. A Buffalo and a ranch sauce MADE SENSE. Especially since you didn't bother to add ketchup. If a customer asks for a sauce when BUYING FOOD from YOUR STORE, you give it to them–period. Not fight about it. Even asked after they didn't have the right cheese for my sandwich they STILL fought/argued it. That right there is what really made me decide to write this review.Like I said so weird. I am never dashing from here again nor will I be going in person. Go to McDonalds or another BK–they'll most likely appreciate your business and give you any sauce you'd like...

There was quite a few people working behind the counter In the kitchen who were Participating in friendly banter, The cashiers were also very friendly and personable and funny. Just standing there watching them interact together I could see that they all respect each each other other and enjoy their work environment. I told them on the way out that I really loved the friendly and lively atmosphere that they created with their professional but friendly attitudes and personalities. Really great experience and I’m glad I stopped in today!
Worst drive thru. Slowest service not to mention how dirty the parking lot is and the trash under drive thru window.

Truly I'm a DoorDash driver& I give props where they're deserved bc the STAFF are working harder, dealing w long lines & impatient folks. I'm largely vegan, so no BK, maybe some 🍟. The food for my customers is always 🥵 & fresh! UPDATE 10/25~ night shift staff always SO friendly!
Pretty good BK. It's typical BK food, but the lady behind the counter was nice and friendly. I ordered via the app and my food was ready pretty quick. The bathroom could use some work, but not the worst I've seen. I was impressed the whopper I ordered actually had toppings placed nicely instead of in just a pile in the middle of the burger. Food was hot and tasty. Definitely a pretty good experience. I was here at 11am on a Tuesday.
