Worst drive through service of any BK I've been to yet. I worked at a Burger King and Pennsylvania years ago and would have immediately been fired for being speaking to any customer so rudely not to mention having us sit at the drive through order screen for 25min refusing to take our order so they wouldn't mess up their stats for speedy service. Absolutely ridiculous, won't return that's for sure.

The manager is a black guy with dreads. He runs the afternoon shift till tonight absolutely horrible. I will never ever I’m calling corporate every single day. He asked me that I want him to peel the potatoes cause he gave me some cold. Very rude very unprofessional I would like his resignation because we recorded him being rude
Worst BK that I've ever visited, order was wrong, we had to wait about 10 minutes to be waited on, even though we were the only people in the restaurant, the manager had to tell the girl several times that she had customers, then she acted like we were the worst pains in her @$$, the order was wrong when we got it, never going back to that one, even though it's the closest to where I live, I went to the one in Austintown and mentioned what happened here at this store, and the manager said that they get complaints about them all the time. Worst experience ever in a BK!!

My boyfriend came here from CSL plasma to get food a few days ago…..he wasn’t feeling well upon arrival so he sat down for second. In that time frame in your lobby he fainted….he fell out of one of your chairs in eye shot of the front counter. Smashed his face and threw his phone across the floor in the process. Yes somehow none of your staff noticed? The lady behind him when it happened just up and left? Are you kidding? There was a medical emergency your lobby and you guys left him there…..his fainting and impact from the fall caused him to loose his bladder….
