Definitely stepping up their game some very good meals at good prices and the Wood-Fired pizzas are better than ever. Best atmospheres on the bar side service is is good in the bar atmosphere is comfortable for casual or for semi-formal dining. Overall a great experience

Breaded Zucchini and bread was fabulous but the prime rib was not. I am not even convinced it was prime rib. Resembled and tasted like a seonless sirloin steak. It was 1/4 inch thick, overcooked, and not tender. I wish I had taken a picture to post. Our server was too busy to actually be persable and he spoke as he was walking away so none of us even understood anything he was saying. He did however check on use periodically. We sat at the bar for 25 minutes while waiting on our table, ordered drinks, and my husband never got his till we told the hostess who seated us when the table was ready. It is unlikely I will return.

Had reservations for 6pm, 6:30 came around and still didn't get seated walked out. Shouldn't take reservations if they can't honor them. At least 4 more groups with 6pm time waiting also. Wife's Birthday ruined the entire evening, won't be back

I recently held a bridal shower here and was pleasantly surprised and left happier than what I would have expected. I chose Cafe 422 on the suggestions of friends and family despite having a terrible experience right before covid.
Heather did an incredible job with handling all of my needy requests and questions and made sure myself and guests were fully taken care of from first meeting to the end of the event. She had help for us at the restaurant and even helped with decorating. I was blown away by this. Thank you. Many restaurants I considered just handed me a menu and were not as flexible as Cafe 422. The staff here was so gracious, warm and personable. I will recommend booking events here to all of my friends and family and will be booking another event in May.
Our Server, Regan, was also incredible and personable. She went above and beyond and made myself and my guests very comfortable and taken care of.
Food was also great! The brunch spread was incredible with the Chicken Francaise and French Toast being a favorite.
As a group of women that are hard to please. Thank you so much for your hospitality and service. We will be back.

I have always wanted to eat here but never found the opportunity. My friends and I decided to go for brunch.
What a beautiful restaurant! The decor and Christmas tree up front is so beautiful. We took pictures in front of the tree when we left.
The brunch menu and drinks were awesome. My friends and I each tried something different and loved everything. I got the brioche breakfast. Really tasty.
Amanda was our waitress and took great care of us, kept our drinks full and shared a few laughs. The manager even stopped by to check on us and see how everything was going. You don't see that much anymore.
Will definitely be back!

Heather has gone out of her way to make sure our upcoming party is perfect. We appreciate the attention to all of the details. One of our favorite Youngstown restaurants.

We had our Christmas party here and everyone didn’t show up so they charged for people who didn’t show up it was a lot of money for 1 person to be responseable for. The owner wouldn’t come over to discuss the situation and I feel that was very RUDE of him. I’ve never heard of a restaurant doing that before and they never communicated that when the arrangements for the party was made.We will never have a party there again. Where is the Christmas spirt??? BE AWARE DON’T HAVE PARTY’S HERE🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬
