Caffe Capri Italian Bar & Grille

Not impressed at all. Had a pick up order and didnt even receive utensils, food was barely warm and i was totally dissatisfied. Had better food at less expensive places . Dont think ill be going back again . Hyped up and not very appealing.

I know they are getting ready to close, but my goodness if they can’t staff a restaurant don’t stay open! The service was horrible after an hour of sitting there the server came out and said they ran out of the food I ordered. Another hour later the food came and it was not good at all. There was barely any food on the plate for $30. I got three shrimp and 1/4 cup of pasta, we spent almost 3 hours there we sat around dirty dishes at all the tables. I can see why they are closing. It used to be so wonderful. Something changed! definitely should not stay open if they cannot staff!

Had a nice dinner with friends and enjoyed good music.

Food and service exceeded expectations! Haven’t been here in 25 plus years as I moved to Columbus. Brought family in to celebrate our parents birthdays. Was hoping it was as good as I remembered. They blew it out of the water! It was better! 100% recommend! Authentic dishes with a welcoming family friendly vibe. I know where we will be coming next time we’re in town.

My Gal and myself stopped here after a phantom fireworks trip around 10 years ago. It was and remains our favorite road trip restaurant. We try and go a few times every year since. Well worth the drive from Pittsburgh just to eat there. The food is fantastic and the wait staff is always very attentive. High on my list of favorite places. Great food. Great prices. Great ambiance

Stopped in for a drink and was pleased to find live music and a friendly staff. The staff and welcoming atmosphere made me feel like I was an old friend or a beloved family member. If you haven't been here in a while, do your self a favor and rediscover the quality dining experience of bygone days. A family owned business with class and refined taste and the quality and service we have all forgotten was so important.

Wonderful! Glad we discovered this place while driving. Excellent Italian dishes. A must on any food lover's list. Will definitely return!

Use to look forward to going to Cafe Capri. After this past experience I will not be returning. They hit you with all these unexpected charges. First the Martinis. They charge me $11.00 for the martini mix. Then came the salad which was included with the meal. What they don’t tell you that they are going to charge you $1.50 for the Salad dressing. Then the Bill comes, they charge me another $6.35 for paying with a credit card. The reason why they have credit cards is because people do not walk around with hundreds of dollars in their wallet to pay for dinner and you can bet, the establishment will not take Checks! The food and services really went down from what they use to be. I would had been better of going to Bellaria just down the street. Shame on you Cafe Capri!!!

So many delicious meals I’ve had at Caffe Capri…from Chicken Alouette, Lasagna or a seafood meal such as Salmon plus many more. Love the bread & seasoned olive oil they bring to the table…along with a salad or a delicious bowl of Wedding soup or a seasonal soup. Another favorite I love is bringing friends & family for birthday celebrations because they offer a delicious white cake that you can request for the occasion and who can resist a scoop of Spumoni! On certain nights they will have live music that only adds to the mood of the evening. A wonderful Italian restaurant I recommend for any occasion.

Vegetarian options: There are options for vegetarians & pescatarians as well.

I recently ate at cafe capri and there was a younger guy who was the nicest server I ever had. Was quick with their amazing bread and oil and the service was the best in my life. The chicken francaise was butter and juicy and the broccoli was steamed to perfection. This is one of my top restaraunts in boardman. I highly recommend to everyone! Will be eating there again!
