It's a great place to buy gluten free foods. Everything I bought there was delicious and the staff was very polite. The owner is knowledgeable about Celiac Disease and in my opinion it is a safe place to eat if you have any kind of gluten sensitivity or Celiac Disease. I definitely will be back.

Friendly staff and delicious keto options. I get the meal prep and it's worth the money. I love the convenience of having a meal ready for myself since I cook for my family. I no longer have to plan a keto option with my non-keto family dinner. Words of advice is buy a blueberry donut from here. So delicious!

Awesome way to keep my diet going and worry free. Not only that but i can stop by and buy a quick meal to stay on my diet and go out with my family. And lets not even get started on the sweets. OMG i NEVER thought dieting could be soo delicious and again worry FREE. I can enjoy a tasty treat and know i have not broken ketosis. The Cafe is set up with only diet items that will ensure your craves are satisfied both salty and sweet. And the meal preps are the best i work 12 hrs per day and i have no need to worry about cooking or preping anything its all ready i grab and go. Highly recommend.

I finally got to check this place out! I got the Tex Mex Bowl and my daughter got the pizza; both were delicious! And of course my daughter was so excited to get to try the different treats so we brought home a brownie, cupcake, and cookie. The woman out front was so helpful!! We can’t wait to go back. I wish there were more of these places around.
