I am not sure why the reviews are so low. Unless I just had an exceptional experience. It started out with great service. The cashier listened to me patiently since I had never been to one of these fast foods before. He was able to explain his products. He made good suggestions. I ended up ordering the Philly cheesesteak regular and the Cajun fries. I think the prices are high, but that's just me. I think most prices at fast foods are too high. However, the value for what I purchased was on par with what I would expect. The meat and fries were hot. The chilled items like lettuce and tomatoes were cold. The flavor was amazing, the bread was soft and fresh. The ambience of the mall was a typical food court, a little too loud for me. The parking was fine for a Saturday. The wait was not long, but I was a little surprised that they served up the fries first, and then gave me the sandwich. The portion size on one half of the sandwich was a little light. But definitely enough for me. Cleanliness was fine. I am from out of state but when passing through I would return here again.

Terrible. DO NOT USE THE APP!!! We’ve been charged twice now while the app says the card was declined. Absolutely no way to get ahold of customer support. Idc how small of an amount it is, there’s a lawsuit coming.

Staff seemed lost on what to do, fries were cold, grille was not cleaned between orders. All in all, the quality has gone down. Will not be eating here again

No wonder why you guys not busy.. a 6 inch filly cheese steak cost almost $8 with no soda and them beacon and cheese fries small for the price you guys charging.. you guys charge the food like ya gonna feed a adult and my son was still hungry after he eat the food.. thats sad.. first and last time i buy here

Son rápido y buenos sándwiches

this is the worst fast food place so far. im waiting for 5 minutes until she finally took my order, she just stare at me doing something in the sink. no words. and this place is DIRTY, i just realized when my order ready, i saw all the grill and others is NASTY. and not to mention my TEA TASTED SOUR - i just taste it and throw it!!!!! yup and i got diarrhea few hours after! i should look around before finally order, or not even eat the food.

Super basic. I could probably make a more flavorful philly at home. Hardly any cheese on the ultimate fries, the boneless buffalo wings were Papa John style if you know what i mean. I dont want to be rude but i was not impressed at all. Which is a bummer because I spent $50. 🤷🏻‍♀️

The one in Monroe is the best. Always great food and great service. Definitely recommend and I will definitely be going back.

As an African American l am so appalled by the service l received today. An Indian man checked my order out today not only did he give drinks to all the white customers right away that came after me before he finally gave me my drink. He put his bare hands on my fries and gave me a medium drink with a large order and never apologized!!! They do not follow proper food procedures when handling food. The wings were overfried and barely any sauce and l felt very discriminated against. Most of my work experience is in customer service so l know how every customer should be treated.. l won't be patronizing this place again!!!!

food is not great. sandwiches are practically bare. if you don’t like lemonade, you’re out of luck because their coke fountain doesn’t work. overall way too much money for mediocre service and food.
