Charlie Staples Pitt Boss

I lived in Youngstown my whole life. My grandma used to take me to pick up food at Staples n Garland BBQ when they were on Belmont. I haven't had the chance to experience the new Staples pitt boss bbq since they opened so I figured I'd make the most of my first time. I ordered a full slab with mild pit boss sauce. It was a thinner sauce ribs had a pepper rub. And I ordered a chicken dinner with staples mild sauce. I know this sounds petty but I was really looking forward to the saucy bread which I did not get. Staples sauce stood true to taste. All the meat was cooked well. Mac n cheese was very dry & coleslaw was bland.

Waited an hour after being told 20 -30 minutes and didn't get entire order the lady packing it never said a word and she packed it following the receipt, something didn't seem right I double-checked it and was missing the entire order she said oh yeah they're out of the chicken then why didn't she say something I feel she tried to pass it off

This is certainly not the c staples we grew up with. It's bad enough that the food isn't the same, but it's dirty (my feet actually stuck to the floor walking through the place), and the service is shockingly bad! They let us sit at a table for at least 15 minutes before we realized on our own that you have to order at their kiosk. No signs. No clear instructions anywhere.

It’s been so long since we ate here and we was a little disappointed the one side was closed for dine in but we was able to order & eat at the bar side and the food did not disappoint and our service was top notch!! We WILL NOT wait as long to come back!!

I have never encountered such a rude condescending business owner before in my life. It doesn’t matter what you are selling, respect and great customer service goes a long way. Especially, if you’re seeking regular customers.! I will never step foot in there again or any other establishment you own! ! By the way the breast strip dinner was dry, maybe purchase higher quality products.

Let's be very clear...THIS IS NOT C STAPLES 💯upon arrival the place had just open... However told me it would be a wait because nothing was turned on or started yet🫤. During my wait the cashier was flirting with the customer... To the point that after all that waiting forever the order was completely wrong. I was 5 drumsticks, two wings (plain) and potatoe salad.The order came back a 10 piece wing ding drowned in that 'pit sauce' no one asked for... Dry Macaroni salad and liquid coleslaw... I passed and went to Savannah Joe's🙌🏾💯

Very disappointed...after waiting a whole day for cold nasty food since i ordered online. Paid $15 bucks for Chicken tender dinner in which only the chicken was edible. Sides were cold and horrible. Green beans were salty and tasted like canned Glory green beans which i hate ànd mac n cheese was bland and lacked cheese...and you cant get anyone on the phone. They dont respond to emails either but they say thats the best way to reach someone. They wont be getting my money ever again

It should have been named C Staples game room and food. T totally not what I expected

ever since they got new ownership they have been changing everything and the food is now genuinely terrible. for the love of God do not waste your hard earned money here unless you like non edible food.

I ordered a takeout meal and it was disgusting. the chicken was hard and tasteless. I think they just reheated it in the microwave. The green beans were mushy and the candies taste, like, they just got it out of a can. i have not been in youngstown in so long, and I used to love c staples. I did not know what happened, but they need to go back to the old way.
