THE QUALITY OF THE FOOD IS BEYOND HORRIBLE THE MAC AND CHEESE WAS SO DRY, BLAND NOT A SEASONING IN SIGHT AND NO CHEESE IN IT!!! IT LOOKED AND TASTE LIKE BUTTERED NOODLES AND DONT LET ME GET ON THE CHICKEN THAT CAME FROM SAVE ALOT IT TASTE LIKE A SPONGE WITH BBQ ON TOP!!! BEWARE THIS PLACE HAS WENT DOWNHILL

Well, first off, the server on 5/3/25 @ 9:16 pm was very rude and disrespectful to my husband from the moment he entered the facility. Then the order was all wrong, we got charged for 2 baked beans and only 1 was in the bag. Not enough rib tips to feed my grandbaby, 1 slice of bread and the food was not up to it's usual greatness. I personally like pit boss sauce, but got staples sauce due to her rushing him so he didn't call to ask me. Sis,you chose customer service there, smile and be friendly like you're at Chick-fil-A. You never know how you may impact someone's life with a simple smile.~

Hall gas the counter has a bit of an attitude. Good good though.

This is the worst restaurant in Youngstown now. I’ve tried multiple times to give them a chance and they never fail to disappoint. They have no contact number anymore to speak to anyone. For the second time in a few months they have sent me my order without half the food. When I try to call the restaurant they don’t let it connect you to a person and only offer a email address. Last time I ordered food from here I was able to actually call the restaurant but even then they refused to have my food sent to me. My only option was to pack my kids up and go pickup the missing food at 10pm. DoorDash only offers you compensation for less than what I was missing. It’s not even worth the hassle. If I were you, I would go to Barry Dyngles where they serve all the same foods without hassle and their service is top tier!!!

Unreal 717 credit union needs to get their money back.Went to tonight 3-22-25,they couldn't accept the gift card nor did they care.The brisket was mostly fat that I had.My wife said the chicken was good thou.Our friends weren't to impressed either plus I had to pay out of pocket because they couldn't accept the 717 credit union gift cards...So Beware!not worth the trip.

I got chicken tenders and fries .. it was pretty basic. The tenders kind of had a funny taste like freezer burned frozen tenders from the grocery store … I literally ate 1 tender and was on the toilet sick.. ended up falling asleep for the night because my belly hurt so much.I don’t know if it was the tender or the bbq sauce but I’m never going back to find out.

The place was very clean and the guy taking orders was nice.

Food order was completely wrong, food was gross. Waste of money

Loved this place since I was a kid but I spent 40 bucks for some cold food and I ordered outside it took 13 mins smh gave me potatoe salad instead of pasta salad I’m so disappointed not the same since he sold it food to expensive to be throwing it away smh

FOOD IS SOOOOO SALTY. NO LIVE PERSON TO ANSWER AND TAKE THE ORDER ANYMORE. WOW! TOP NOTCH IS A SCAM ARTIST SO GOOD LUCK.

I think the 3.8 rating is fair for the Pitt boss because the food is not bad it’s just not the original. So it’s safe to give this a 6.5/7 out of 10 ?
