Chick-fil-A Boardman

Messed up my order. I got one of the new cheddar chicken sandwiches on a pretzel bun.. or that's what I ordered at least. They ended up giving me a grilled chicken club and I didn't know it until I left. What a waste. I already wasn't a big fan of their food, just wanted to try the new sandwich since it sounded good.

mobile takes forever. Regular drive through goes faster and gets prioritized over mobile order.

You are literally better off driving to the other 1side of town for the same food. The wait time for drive thru is minimum 20 minutes. They should close this location permanently.

This location is different in comparison to any location I’ve visited across the entire country. I feel like they don’t follow the usual service guidelines Chick-Fil-A has, the drive-thru line is slow and the inside is even slower. I feel like this location is set up for mobile ordering over in-person service. Not a fan. The food is good though.

I normally go to the one on the other end of town. Today was an event for band. And I took the four hard working boys that I was in charge of for lunch. It's set up a lot differently than the other chick fil a. Wait times were a little long but we did go at the peak of lunch. We waited about fifteen minutes for our food. But it.
's always the food was delicious.

Chick-fil-A is my favorite fast food chain, but this store is the worst!? We went there on a Saturday and literally waited 40 minutes for food. Fast. Food. Another two times I went, they either got my order wrong or simply forgot stuff. There were three girls standing there and all of them still somehow missed adding chicken nuggets into a bag. Sadly will not be returning to this store. It’s worth it to just drive down to the Poland store.

Well... that one Chuck fil a in estero Florida forgot the extra bacon on my burrito...it doesn't count. Mulligan.

The staff is always so polite and kind. I’m not sure why but it feels like it takes longer for mobile thru orders than regular drive through which I feel like it should be the opposite. I have left with cold food before. Poland seems to have faster service than this location.
