The food is so clutch when you're hungry, but the portion size really depends on who makes your bowl.

9/25/24 Customer service including the manager is horrible. Service worker (not the one that was preparing my food order - it was the service worker that was taking the payment for food ordered) reached over my uncovered food order - when I informed him that I did not want order due to him reaching over food I ordered instead of moving it aside, he looked at me than stated in a very rude and nasty tone of voice "What in the hell is wrong with it?" I repeated myself again (not raising my voice nor using profanity) that due to him reaching over food that I ordered, instead of moving it aside, I did not want it - anything from his arm could have dropped in the food that I ordered. Another food order was prepared for me but due to service worker (one that was taking the payment for food ordered) being very rude; also, the uncaring response from the manager once incident with service worker was reported to him - food order was cancelled. No apology from service worker nor manager - both appeared to have no respect nor valued me as a customer. Service worker was unprofessional when he said to me in a very rude and nasty tone "What in the hell is wrong with it?" when I had previously informed him the reason I did not want food that I ordered. The incident was reported to manager while I was still in Chipotle; however, it appeared to me that he (manager) was ok with what the service worker said to me and the tone of voice used. In my opinion, a manager should have higher standards for himself so that he is capable of setting a good example for his/her workers. Manager could have said "I am sorry for the way you were treated or spoken to by the service worker or even offered a $1.00 off next order from Chipotle; or something on that line; instead, manager appeared to be pleased with the rudeness of service worker towards me as a customer. I will not recommend Chipotle on Wick Ave Youngstown OH to anyone and I will not go again. Ones first impression and/or how they are treated in a place of business is the one that is forever embedded in the mind. Note: food ordered was set aside uncovered due to vegetables ordered to go on top of food ordered had a few more minutes to cook on the grill.

Used to be my go to chipotle. But apparently reading or following directions isn't required here. All 3 of my bowls were incorrect today! All three bowls were to have extra white rice, and got brown rice! One bowl was to have extra corn salsa that didn't have it. One was to have mild salsa, it didn't have that. And one extra cheese, has maybe 5 pieces of cheese. Then when the girl handed me my drinks the Lids weren't even on them! They were falling off! This location has gone down hill!
Oh and don't bother calling the store because you can't even speak to a manager, you'll get someone over seas that can't speak English!

Burrito came out half the size of any other burrito I’ve received. Then they have the audacity to tell multiple customers who complained. “This is our standard portion sizes” didn’t the CEO make a statement on this already? Maybe that’s who we need to reach out to.

This Chipotle is not great. When you catch it on its rare good day, it’s on point. However that’s not the case 99% of the time. The last two times we’ve gone there the cheese in the quesadillas were not even melted. Can’t call the store and tell them because AsSoCiAtEs DoNt TaKe PhOnE CaLlS. So chat with Pepper online it is. IF IT WORKS. Which it doesn’t. I hit chat and it just reloads the page. For $40 every time we go there to feed multiple people, it is not worth the inconsistency. It’s rare all items are done good. Also, they really need to stop letting people just sit in the Chipotlane. If you arrive early and it’s not done, circle around and let the people who are there to pick up an on time order get their food while it’s still warm. Also also, don’t forget you have a Chipotlane and stop making people sit there for 10 minutes unacknowledged.

Amazing! Came to the museum with the family, and we ventured in. The food was amazing, portions were great, and what took it over the top was Makay. He made the food and cashed us out, all with a smile. This guy is a treasure for this location.
