This particular location gave me the will to not only write my first negative review ever on a business but it has also destroyed my desire to ever walk into another Chipotle ever again.
Every experience here has been absolutely horrible. I am one who is overly kind to anyone in their workplace out of respect and ESPECIALLY to those who are providing me a service in any way. Every time I was here, the workers have been blatantly rude to me on the line to the moment I checked out. I can write another review about the quality of this location’s food, which also wouldn’t be a good one, but I cannot stand behind the consistent disrespect from human to human that I have gotten here.

Same worker barely gives any portions I just won’t eat there anymore at this point. Always has an attitude and is rude every single time. Didn’t even fill the bowl to the line. And didn’t put some of the stuff I asked for (the ingredients was behind so I couldn’t see her put them in then she put the lid on before I could see.

Not sure how a restaurant could be out of sour cream before noon on a Monday. That was definitely the case. I don't stop at this one often even though it is the closest but they are always out of something significant whether it is a major protein or one of the most added sides it's always something!

Worst Chipotle on the planet! Avoid at all costs. Staff is clueless, and there is never any management present. This location just continues to struggle at shift change around 7:30 PM.

So, I’ve been using this location for about a week now. A couple reasons why I’m giving a 2 star. Number 1, the prices are high. Almost $23 for a double meat bowl with a drink? Every other location I’ve been to would have that bowl around $17-18. Way over charging. Most of the staff woman here do a great job at atleast giving you good scoops of meat. Today however, I had a gentleman skimp real bad. He gave me half scoops instead of full. Prices need to come down and consistency with your crew on what a full scoop of meet is.

This place was so good when they first opened but over the year it's just gotten worse and worse. The second to last time I was there, they had almost no meat, and waited till we started our bowls to tell us they basically had no salsas, sour cream, cheese. This was 6 at night, how are you not prepared. The last time I went was it for me it was 3 hours before close and they were basically closing it down, no meat, couldn't even see in the salsas or such cause they had already pulled them. I left and went to the one in niles which I HIGHLY recommend! It's literally a 13 min drive from this Chipotle location. Just do yourself a favor cause your going to end up going there anyway.

I have never had a good experience at this location, and I’ve been coming here since they opened. It’s the closest one to where I live so I keep revisiting and giving it another chance and there is always something wrong. Chips are stale or extremely salty, steak is fatty and not even chopped up all the way, queso is watered down, and that’s IF any of those ingredients are available because if you go anytime after 9:30pm they start pre-closing and run out of EVERYTHING. One time I went and all they had available for meat was sofrito and for the toppings just 2 salsas and cheese. Who the hell would pay 15 bucks for that? I’ve emailed support about these issues and basically got a long drawn out response that just said “sorry” … do better guys, seriously.

I was at the restaurant 2 hours before they close and the only meat they have is chicken! I was told I could wait “at least 20 minutes” for them to fire up the grill and cook some steak. I assume when you start running low on food, you have to make more to refill. I also wanted to add my store purchase to my rewards and the cashier had no idea what that ment. To top the visit off with a cherry, I asked if there was a survey on the receipt and again the cashier had no idea! Other visits I’ve had there have been just as bad! The food doesn’t seem fresh and I am always forced to ask for double meat since the supplied portions are not the same as other locations. I like to eat healthier ,but I get better service and product availability at fast food restaurants! Please fix this store corporate chipotle!
the past few times i have ordered through the mobile app, my bowls have not been filled all the way. i’ve been using this chipotle for a while and they used to be a LOT bigger, and it is particularly frustrating because i always tip the staff. i shouldn’t have to go into the store to make sure im getting what im paying for.

How do u run out of rice and other food items and not have anything prepared
I went yesterday for the second time in a month and the steak was cold each time. I have to wonder if the meat is fresh from the grill. Meat is always cooking but why is the served meat cold? Are you all cooking the meat in advance and refrigerating it? No one wants cold meat, warm beans.
