I was traveling all the way from Chicago. We decided to stop here and eat. It was not the best decision. The person up front was not nice at all.

Came in store was not busy. Went to make the order and everything was dry. When I say it was dry I mean it was very dry. All the meat was dry the beans had a thick dry crusty layer covering the entire top of the bowl, when I asked why everything was so dry they stared at each other and when I started walking away there started giggling and smiling… disappointing experience.

Awful experience, was supposed to be double protein, and not to mention that it’s undercooked. This location lacks consistency, would rather drive to Austintown before coming back to this location.

Probably the slowest fast food joint ever. They do everything but help the customer. Huge line every day at lunch. And they act like 10 of us are not standing there. Ugh
The manager at this location is the stingiest around… I get trying to cover some overhead with portioning but if I’m spending $15 on a bowl or a burrito I expect to not be hungry after eating. I’d give zero stars to this location if I could just because it happens every time I order mobile.

This particular location gave me the will to not only write my first negative review ever on a business but it has also destroyed my desire to ever walk into another Chipotle ever again.
Every experience here has been absolutely horrible. I am one who is overly kind to anyone in their workplace out of respect and ESPECIALLY to those who are providing me a service in any way. Every time I was here, the workers have been blatantly rude to me on the line to the moment I checked out. I can write another review about the quality of this location’s food, which also wouldn’t be a good one, but I cannot stand behind the consistent disrespect from human to human that I have gotten here.

Same worker barely gives any portions I just won’t eat there anymore at this point. Always has an attitude and is rude every single time. Didn’t even fill the bowl to the line. And didn’t put some of the stuff I asked for (the ingredients was behind so I couldn’t see her put them in then she put the lid on before I could see.

Not sure how a restaurant could be out of sour cream before noon on a Monday. That was definitely the case. I don't stop at this one often even though it is the closest but they are always out of something significant whether it is a major protein or one of the most added sides it's always something!

Worst Chipotle on the planet! Avoid at all costs. Staff is clueless, and there is never any management present. This location just continues to struggle at shift change around 7:30 PM.
