My biggest issue was the food. It started with our appetizers. The pretzels were so burnt that it was insanely hard to bite into and we couldn't even eat most of them. Then we got our main courses. I decided to get wings and try them. Mine were still extremely raw. My fiance got the burger and said it was unseasoned and tasted extremely bland. Our service wasn't horrendous she was a very nice lady but eventhough there wasn't many people in the restaurant itself it took her a while to get to us. The person who actually sat us at our table was more attentive to us. On top of that our food did take quite a while to come out even though there were only 3 other tables in there who all already had their food and 1 person at the bar. And even with the food being poor quality we were going to still try to eat what we could since we spent $90 until a whole bunch of flies were continuing to fly all around us because the workers kept going in and out the patio door leaving it completely open to smoke. We will not be returning to this location anymore eventhough we live 3 minutes up the road. If we decide to ever comeback to this franchise after having 4 bad visits it will be the one in salem.
