The worst customer service ever specially for customer who placing order for delivery I placed an order for delivery and the delivery person was treated very bad because he is just a delivery guy not the customer and I had to wait extra time for my food because they made him cancel the order because forgot to do their job and place the order on their end this is very bad customer service and I do not recommend anybody to place an order online or buy from this Branch very bad experience and I will never buy from this location ever again

LOVE the grinders. Always get Italian and the Phili steak. Fries are wonderful so are the onion rings. 5☆

We order pizza at least once a week I would say and this location was a fast favorite. The food is always good, the staff is so friendly and funny, a lot of the times when I walk in I get to join in on the laugh. Today I had ordered pizza online and went to get it and arrived a little too early and was waiting in my car, the girl brought it out and I could have cried because picking up food with toddlers is hard, literally the nicest thing anyone had done for me all day.

Absolutely horrible establishment, Cindy and Liz are absolutely horrible managers, food gets left out hours before it's cooked. Zero attention to detail. Food is not consistent. Dough is uneven. Too much cheese on one side of the pizza and not enough on the other. -10 out of 10 do not go here.

The service was polite and timely, which I appreciated. However, the food quality and attention to detail was extremely poor. Unfortunately, my side of marinara was missing from the order, and the pepperoni roll wasn’t sliced properly, as requested. The roll itself was undercooked...again, and without the marinara, it was difficult to eat. While I value the effort of the staff, this food was inedible. I feel like I tipped someone to ruin my dinner.

Frankly stephano’s pizza only survives because pizza in Youngstown as a whole is trash. But the fact of the matter is i ordered extra jalapeños and pineapple on my Hawaiian and i count 2 pineapple and 3 jalepenos. Trash

Dear anyone thinking about buying pizza from here,
I was very rudely treated by Cindy the general manager. I knew the driver was lost after being 10 minutes late because we have a hidden drive. I called to tell her and she would not let me speak. When the driver never came, she called and said I canceled the order! I did not! She didn’t want to admit that the driver came back because he was lost, just as I said he was. But somehow this was my fault.
One more thing, when I called they put me on hold and didn’t mute the phone. I overheard all of their rude and disrespectful comments about me.
Just had an AWFUL experience with the manager at the Poland Cocca's. We ordered a tray of wings which were raw upon eating. We called the store asking for either a refund or new wings and the manager was unbelievably rude. She insisted she didn't have an attitude, but was so rude when we were trying to be honest and just ask for our money back. She didn't believe us when we said they were raw and insisted they couldn't possibly be. Upon bringing the wings back to the store, she told us to call corporate. We asked for corporate's number and she said it was just Boardman's office which she still wouldn't give us. The cook was also taking her side and refusing to believe us. I understand mistakes happen but we were nothing but calm and trying to get a refund for our raw wings. Several people ate them and could get sick off of them and the manager could care less. Very disappointed and upset that what could have been a simple human interaction turned into a spite-filled and ugly situation.

I am incredibly disappointed in my experience today with the Poland location. This was literally my absolute favorite pizza place and I order from here all the time. My friends ordered some food for our party tonight and we got 40 wings but most were raw. :( My husband called to let the location know and the manager was absolutely unprofessional ('what do you expect me to do about it?' 'we cook them all the same way,' arguing with us that she didn't have an attitude-type responses). We did not call to complain or argue, we just wanted to either get a replacement order or a refund because it wasn't cheap and it was for a party. We ended up having to call the Boardman store and the manager there was much more respectful about the situation. We are currently awaiting a call from the District Manager about the situation, but to be clear, it's not about the wings at this point, its about the unprofessional behavior of the manager in the moment that we were seeking assistance. I am shocked and disappointed ?
