Last time I was there my blizzard had next to nothing in it besides the ice cream. I went to tell someone at the counter but everyone was too busy near the drive thru area conversing so I just ended up tossing it and leaving it. I did send an email and the manager Taylor just basically said sorry and that I should have said something. Well I was going too…but everyone was clearly busy chatting. One even looked to be the manager.

I’m giving two stars because my order is right 1/3 of the time. I asked for extra fudge on my brownie cupfection, he said it would be a dollar extra. No extra fudge but I did get marshmallow fluff all over the side of the cup which is now all over my car because it wasn’t in a bag. Thanks.

This is the third time in 2 weeks that I've went and ordered a small sundae with extra marshmallow and whipped cream the first time I got two small marshmallows Sundays with extra marshmallow and whipped cream I didn't get whipped cream on either one the second time I didn't even bother asking for whipped cream because I knew I probably wasn't going to get it and I asked for extra marshmallow and I didn't get that but you charged me for it and just about an hour ago I came home with a marshmallow Sunday again extra marshmallow and just whipped cream I had no whipped cream and barely any marshmallow again I got charged for extra for both of them

This location is the worst. This location being closer to our home we visit this one at least 1x a week. We are done with it. The staff is rude every single visit. The attitudes of mostly the young girls are horrible. We love Dairy Queen however this is our last visit. Who wants to purchase over priced soft serve and also get a bad attitude in return! The orders are often incorrect. Is why they have a “remake book”! Very poor management staffing. Is it a requirement here that you have to have no manners? No customer courtesy from these young kids that you employ. Way to drive your customers away.

The sweetest young man named Eli helped me when two other employees passed me by didn't even greet me I am a doordasher and he made sure that I got my order for my customer! He went above & beyond service! GIVE ELI A RAISE & DQ FOR LIFE 😁

Whatever flavor of blizzard you order they give you 1 or 2 chunks of that flavor . Even if you pay for extra . Very disappointing and will go to a different Dairy Queen from Now on
This location is fine but they should take themselves off of DoorDash. They messed up orders coming to my address three times in 24 hours, items completely wrong, missing, or given the wrong order totally. On a reorder that was supposed to solve the issue the order was delivered WRONG AGAIN. unbelievable, I highly doubt that three separate people delivering food on three different occasions were to blame for what is clearly an issue with the way this store manages their orders. Unreal and so disappointing.

real annoying paying for extra of something and still not tasting it all. Especially for the price. Just left there, will go to a different location next time. Barely anything in the blizzard. Asked for extra peanut butter sauce, paid for it and is straight vanilla. so disappointed 😞

When they delivered my food, they followed the directions to my house. They came with the food on the time when they said approximately when they would be coming and they text me when they got to my house and afterwards to see if I got it and how it was
