Every time we use the drive through , they have you pull up to the 3rd window . Then they will leave you sitting there for at least 15 minutes ! Not sure what they can’t get right but by the time you get your icecream it’s melted !

Every time I go to this location and order whip cream on something it never fails they do not put it on! I check my receipt and they charge me for it but I always have hand it back to them to add it. Went tonight and same thing happens. The kids puts it on and I get home and this is what it look like. There’s nothing there! Such a trivial thing to have to complain about but if I pay for something I expect to receive it!

I told my husband how fast, friendly, and accurate the drive-thru is. Exceptionally so. We bypass the closer ones because they aren't as consistent.
He decided to go there to see. He said now he gets why I keep raving about this location.
This is our preferred weekly ice cream destination, and yes, I mean over Handels as well.

Y'all are addicted to messing up my order. Got a blizzard last night, get like 5 minutes away and realize they messed it up. Go back to the store and tell them, they remake it. Get home. Realize they also messed that one up. One would think.... when remaking someone's incorrect order... that one would ensure it was made....... correctly..... the second time..... around.... something to ponder, DQ. Some how this is the 3rd time I've been here and gotten the wrong order. Why do I keep subjecting myself to this. U owe me for pain and suffering and maybe even some gas atp

there are simply no words to describe the stupidity that was experienced at this location. I ask for vanilla ice cream in a dish and I am served a cone of vanilla ice cream in a container. Sorry we don’t have orange Julius here mf did I accidentally pull into McDonalds. Better off making ur own ice cream at home. Only positive thing was the lady at the window Eva i believe her name was, very kind and sweet

No complaints especially since young kids seem to be the majority of the employees. Food is adequate pretty much what you would expect from Dairy Queen. Boardman and Columbiana are my favorite.

I usually absolutely NEVER do reviews, but I just had an experience that was pretty rude. My family and I went to this Dairy Queen, we got honey barbecue chicken tenders meal, pretzels, a milkshake, and a blizzard. We realized that the chicken tender meal was a honey mustard, so we went back, kindly asked for a new box, paid the difference, no attitude. When we went to pay that was all fine. We paid, told the girl to keep the change, and went to the window where we would get our food. Then we get to the food window, a girl who is slightly chubby reddish brown hair, says to another person (who just took our money) “Did you charge her extra?”. Again, we weren’t rude, obnoxious, said they were in the wrong, nothing. Just asked for an upgrade. She also rolled her eyes. The food and other staff are nice, I wish I could just report that one person, but sadly cannot.

Ordered online it was raining so I went to drive thru your kid said I had to come in. Went in had to wait for food. The chicken strips and onion rings were warm not hot since I had to wait for them.

Tonight we had the bacon double cheeseburger. It was probably one of the best burgers we've had in our area at any restaurant in a long time. The price was $4.99 and the sandwich was huge and delicious.

The last few times we ordered was lacking. We ordered peanut buster parfaits that ended under the top of the container and way too much chocolate. The time before we ordered blizzards and they were melted and watery, not so sure what happened. The other times things have been good.
