Asked the "Manager" if she could just exchange a $10.00 bill with me because I was trying to use the massage chairs at the mall. My bill was too crumpled. She said it was too early in the morning and that she didn't want to do it. Was regular customer. No longer.
bad customer service, oblivious employees which resulted in my girlfriend (who can't consume dairy) getting a violent stomach ache because they lied and said their Julius drinks didn't have dairy in it. and this was just my most recent visit. this place needs shuttere, badly. manager obviously doesn't have the skills to run this piss poor establishment. whoever they are should be ashamed of themselves. will definitely not go back to that rundown location.

I ordered a hot dog with cheese,The chick took the hot dog with the bun and threw it all in the microwave!It was hilarious and also disgusting! Lol .Then she threw cheese on it and didnt even attempt to melt it! omg this place sucks !
