Walked over from hotel for pick up late night. Hostess was completely miserable looking and acted as such so much I made it a point to day out loud I hope her night gets better ! After returning to hotel found my sandwich was made wrong I tried to call so they could re make it but after calling 5 times she then left the phone on so that it gives a busy single when you call. Also asked if there was jelly packets in the bag which she said yes too but there where none so ended up throwing away an entire sandwich and 2 pieces of plain toast. Never going back to this Dennys again

This place needs a major intervention or shut down! The service is horrible, as well as the ghetto atmosphere, all together it's just bad. We were there for over 30 minutes, sitting at a table with nothing but drinks (which were flat and gross) while our server was outside smoking. One worker was mouthing off to a customer about "not coming at him because they were down a cook.." Server finally came in reeking like smoke, (dressed like a homeless person) and went to take another drink order. My husband left, went to the gas station and came back and she still hadn't been over to get our food order, so we said we had a family emergency and left. Went to Austintown Dennys and got way better service!

Waited almost an hour for 2 meals, food was cold and the hashbrowns were soggy. Got there at 11:30 didn’t get the food until around 12:30. The hostess was nice but not the wait.

Food was hot and fresh but we stopped in for a quick bite and it took over 20 minutes just to have someone take our drink order and over an hour to get our food. The place wasn't busy. There were at least three waitress and less than 10 tables. Food was great but not enough to warrant the wait.

Got food poisoning for the second time there, the lettuce was black at the end and just look like it was bad. I had the breaded chicken bacon sandwich. The tomato on it also looked like it had gone bad. I didn't even leave the restaurant or pay for my food when I ran to the bathroom 3 times.

I spent almost 20 minutes waiting for a DoorDash order just for them to forget the drinks. I was halfway to my customers house and had to turn around because the employees forgot their drinks. It’s crazy that I had to wait that long for the food just for them to forget the drinks.

My son and I had been with a relative at Mercy hospital for sometime, so we decided to grab some food at Denny's and OMG was I glad we did. The atmosphere was very clean, so quiet and relaxing. The food was absolutely delicious. We both had a slam with potatoes and cinnamon pancakes that were AMAZING! They tasted like everything home, Grandma's kitchen, and Fall all wrapped up in one dish. Those pancakes were one comforting dish I truly needed after a horrible day at the hospital. The waitress was so sweet and kind. This is a restaurant I would definitely come back to again because it hits 4 major marks for me: cleanliness, food is consistently good, more than fair food cost, and a friendly staff.
