0 stars I ordered 2 large thin crust pizzas. I got 2 pieces of burnt inedible cardboard. I called and complained and the employee I talked to said she will put in for me to get 2 pizzas free. I called tonight( 2 days later) to get them and was told it was not put in the system so sorry but nothing they could do. We usually get our pizzas from there and have never complained. I will never get from there again.

We order from this Domino's on Belmont Ave in Liberty ohio at least once a week. Today 12/23/2024 we ordered the usual a white pizza with banana peppers and a pepperoni pizza. I couldn't wait to bite into a slice of White pizza the parmesan sauce is so good. Well this time after taking a bite of the white pizza it was like cardboard with melted cheese and banana peppers. It was disgusting, I'm so mad 😡. I called to bring it to their attention and you would have thought I would have gotten credit for it. I didn't complain about both pizzas the pepperoni one was good so it's not like I was wanting both replaced. But all I got was "ok" and then one more time I explained how much we buy their pizza and this time one pizza was uneatable. And all I got again was "ok"!! I thought they would say we can credit you a white pizza and then I would be the one saying "ok".

Call to order left me on the phone long enough for me to leave my home drive almost 12 minutes get to the place and the phone was still off the hook and it was still just running their mouths the one young lady said it wasn't me I just got back there was only two females so it had to be the other one do you think that I received an apology not at all I've been a loyal customer for a long time that just ended this evening terrible service
If I could rate this place zero Stars I absolutely would! Avoid this place at all cost! They screw up your food and then treat you like You're just trying to steal from them and are ignorant as hell when you try to call. You walk in and all they do is stand around talking to one another instead of doing their job.

Called to place an order for delivery supposedly they don’t accept cash deliveries only card so I called a different dominos location 4 miles away from that one and they accept cash for delivery doesn’t make no sense, I’ll just start going to papa John’s from now on
