SOMETIMES MESSES UP AN ORDER THEN REFUSES TO ACKNOWLEGE THE SCREW UP (IT, S HAPPENED MORE THAN ONCE). WE HAVE DONE A LOT OF BUSSINESS WITH THIS STORE, THAT'S ABOUT TO CHANGE SINCE THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME INFORMING DOMINO'S OF THIS PERSONAL PROBLEM.

I ordered the NY style pizza and some parmesan bites online with no special instructions at 5:38pm. When it arrived, at 6:47pm, the driver left it by the front door as I asked when I ordered. Not even a minute later I brought everything in the house. First the pizza was cold. It was cut into party pieces, which I DIDN'T ASK FOR and the bites were also cold. Don't order from this store unless you want cold food.

They told me I can't get my money back bc I payed for it and I did not like how the sausage tasted and looked and they told me all they can do is switch it out or Give me credit.I just want my money back to go somewhere else. So if you're the general managers , please call attack me

Father in law ate 4 slices of pizza, I ate half of one slice and found a hair in my pizza. Was told to bring it back up to the store and they would replace it. Got there and had to wait half an hour to even talk to someone just for them to tell me because “most of the pizza was eaten” they can’t do anything. Manager was nothing but disrespectful. Definitely not how you handle business. Will not be eating here ever again and do not recommend anyone else does either. Manager also decided she didn’t want to be identified and told us she doesn’t have a name but she looks like a troll.

They keep giving me uncooked pizza like I don’t know if they just letting anybody cook there or what but they will not give a refund. They just keep giving uncooked pizza. This is the 4th time this happened I just want my money back but they rather waste product.

Do not order from this place,workers dont know what they are doing.. delivery is bad,food same thing. Delivery guy only had one job and couldnt even do it properly...
