Don't second guess yourself, just go! Not a vegetarian? No problem, You won't miss meat when you taste their menu. The best part about this sweet little spot is everything is fresh and made with Yiota & David's kindness and care. They have healthy grab and go options I can't find at my local grocery that keep me fueled when I am in my hurried hanger mode. The dates are some of my favorite little sweet treats and their muffins (all the kinds) are to die...

I LOVE Elys! Keep up with their social media to see what they have on their menu it evolves all the time. I consistently enjoy the chxn nuggets as well as soups. I have never had anything that wasn't delicious!! Grab and go however. Very limited seating, so plan on grabbing food and taking it to a local park or somewhere else to eat. I am always happy to eat here!
