Ordered a pizza and made the drive down only to find out my order was never placed and I was given a half-genuine excuse on why it was so. No one there really knows what’s going on. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

My brother and his GF came in to town the Friday after Christmas, could not make Christmas due to weather. I had seen a lot of great reviews about this place, and my brother likes to try and order things from local places versus chain restaurants. So I wanted to treat. Ordering was difficult, not on GH or DD, was on Upslice or some app like that. Tried to call numerous times, published phone # gave a recorded message and hung up multiple times, could not speak to an actual person. So ordered a large sausage pizza for my brother and his GF. Myself and my roommate wanted burgers, and we also ordered 2 sides of fries. Literally took 75 minutes, and my driver called me upset, said they handed her the pizza and she asked where the burgers were, and the man there told her they don't have a griddle or charbroiler to make burgers! She then asked well what about the fries, nope, no deep fryer to make fries. She felt so bad, but I told her don't worry about it, it's not her fault. By that time over 75 minutes later, too late to order anything else. Thank goodness we ordered the large pizza instead of a small one so there was at least enough for the four of us. Filed a complaint with that Upslice app or whatever it was, they never did refund me any money back on my bankcard. And when I put a FB review, the owner commented back that "there always has to be one", instead of offering to make things right or even offer a discount on our next order. The pizza was very good. But 75 minutes and he couldn't even call us to say hey we don't have burgers or fries, would you like something else. And then his ride comment back, well, I don't think I will ever be ordering anything from there again. EPlenty of other pizza and Calzone places around.

Husband and I are new to town and heard people rave about this place. We were not disappointed with the pizza. The crust and sauce were soo good. What we were disappointed with was the wait time. We went in and ordered the girl at the front told us 20 minutes. Seems like they had some issues with the ovens. They did offer us a discount on our next pizza. And I understand issues arise that are usually out of your hands, just more communication between staff and customers would be great. The pizza made up for it though. We will be back!!

Friendly staff. Good pizza! NY style cheese pizza. Sauce was tasty and was not lacking, which I appreciate. Perfect amount of cheese as well. Dough tastes fresh, delightfully chewy with a slight crisp. The wife and kids all liked it too. Curious to try other menu items in the future.

We tried Emmanuel’s Pizza for the first time last night and it was fantastic!!! I had the NY Style Emmanuel’s Special pizza and the toppings were plentiful. It was absolutely delicious. My husband had a cheese calzone and said it was the largest and BEST he has ever had. The service was great and the staff was super friendly. We have found our new favorite pizza spot!!

Ordered pizza once and it was pretty good, though they were out of Sicilian. Called on a Friday night, 2 hours 15 minutes before they’re listed to be closed, and they’re out of everything. Sad day. Really wanted to try their deep dish too.

The NY Style is probably our favorite NY style outside of NYC. And the deep dish is our favorite deep dish outside of Chicago. These people know what they're doing. Absolutely recommend. We are so excited to have this so close to home.

I've had a lot of different pizza pies over the years. Heard about this place for a while & decided to try it tonight. WOW. The crust is awesome, sauce is very flavorful & crispy! Got a medium pepperoni & extra cheese. Really good pizza! Give them a try!

Truly a one man show. He does it all and without skipping a beat. Everything we have tried was delicious. We especially loved the Chicago style pizza, beef pepperoni, and the steak subs!

Love this place! Pizza is delicious. Prices are unbelievably low, even for this area. Owner is always pleasant even though he's nearly always working by himself in a high volume business.
Did not care for the deep dish pizza. It ran with grease when we cut it from the pepperoni. It had a greasy taste as well. Way too much cheese. Sometimes less is more.

I have been wanting to try this place for sometime and have been keeping up with them fairly often on Facebook. Yesterday I finally got the chance and me and a co worker stopped in. I had a couple pepperoni rolls and a NY slice. It was very good and you can really tell the bread is made fresh! We chatted with the owner(who is a 1 man show) and you can tell he is seriously passionate about his shop and what he does! Good luck and I hope the plane he shared work out in the shops favor!

I never know what to get when I order from here, because EVERYTHING is great. I've never had a bad meal from here. Jason, the owner, works harder than just about anyone else I've ever seen, and all the food is legit homemade from scratch - no prepackaged meatballs, no canned sauce, he even makes his own bread for sandwiches. Prices are good and portions are large. More people need to eat here!!

Such a great place for lunch. Our order was taken before the doors even opened. We were so happy to find this gem of a pizza place on the west side. Food portions were huge! Ingredients were fresh. Definitely a great place for any lunch or dinner needs! Thank you again to the owner who busted his butt to feed our employees a great lunch!

I’ve been dying to try Emmanuel’s after seeing all the positive feedback about the food. I ordered two NY style pizzas and an Italian sub, it was ready in 15 minutes and was AMAZING!! By far, the best pizza in Youngstown, beating out some of the classics! If you’re thinking about trying- DO IT NOW!
