since switching management the fish is never cooked well even if requested! I used to go a few times a week but at this point no more. Who wants to pay for something they're not going to eat? waste of time and money

The food is good till they run out. The customer service is terrible! While trying to take our order the guy was on the phone with someone that clearly took priority over his customers. He would write what he did hear and cut us off because of the phone call.

I was very disappointed in the total experience. It seemed like they were confused about who received what order. Also, the fish had no taste to it. Very disheartening.

The girl frying the fish can't cook. She gave me some wet haddock fish it was too soft and undone . She didn't even fry it right and the dinners are too expensive. The cole slaw was spoiled and cold . She is very lazy and just wants money
