Giangelo's Pizzeria Italian Restaurant & Bar

We had a group of eleven and celebrated my birthday. We sat on the patio and it was a perfect evening. I had Manicotti and a salad with Ranch dressing. The atmosphere and food were great!

The place was very clean. The wait staff always does a great job. The food was out, fresh and hot in a very timely manner, almost at the same time. The Italian Eggrolls are tasty every time I come here, delicious. The Manicotti and meatballs were cooked to perfection Place was clean, service was top notch. I will be back again. A very fine dining establishment in Boardman, Ohio outside of Youngstown, Ohio.

We started coming here because our usual spot closed. I'm pleased with the selection and quality of the food. The patio seating and dining room are both comfortable. The staff has been friendly. I just wish they were on DoorDash! However, that also let's then focus on guests in the restaurant rather than having to keep up with online orders, which is great!

Another over rated Ohio restaurant that everyone says how great it is, but you find out very soon that it's all hype. Don't get me wrong, it's a nice restaurant, but the food is horrible and bland. The hand tossed pizza is floppy and has no taste, the beer batter fish is greasy and also had no taste. The joe Joe's we soft and flimsy, and you guessed it, no taste. The chicken and green sandwich had a very over powering taste. The greens didn't taste right, and finally the pasta sauce was bland. I was excited to try the place when I pulled in as it was really busy and thought maybe we'd get luck and have some good food, but sadly....another overhyped reviewed restaurant let me down again.
P.s,service wasn't that great either and overheard the waitress complaining to another worker about us coming in.

Best restaurant in the area. The Pizza is absolutely amazing & it's BY FAR the finest pizza dough that I have tried throughout 17 different states while trying various shops wherever I go 👑 👍

The service was very good. Servings are smaller though. I ordered the veal parmesan with spaghetti. The spaghetti and sauce were excellent. The veal was terrible. It was very chewy and had no parmesan cheese on it. Very disappointed.

Sign on door said open on Sunday, but was not open. No other sign posted on door to indicate why it was closed.

Portions are strange ,if you get a side of pasta with your meal ,they barely give you any . They also charge 5.99 for a tiny side dish of pasta and the bread is not good at all .

Always have a good experience here. In particular, the broasted chicken is excellent.
