the worst experience I have ever had in my life anywhere, I asked for two shots of espresso on ice with some cream and the guy behind the counter said that my total was over $10.00 and I asked him why so much and he said because its two shots that he has to charge me for two drinks....ive never heard of that before and I told him he can cancel the order before I even paid and I went to leave and the man behind the counter said "if you can't afford $10.00 then why come here and waste my time. I was ready to say something back but I just left, he was extremely rude and was talking on his cell phone the entire time I tried to place my order... clearly doesn't care about customers, this place really should just be closed and new people brought in.

Terrible customer service. Very rude and disrespectful. I tipped the guy who was making my order and asked for a caramel latte with no ice. He gave me half of the cup with coffee. I asked him “do you want me to taste this?” He said “no that’s it. You asked for no ice.” Why would I pay for a full cup of coffee when I only received half of it. So I asked him for my money back and told him I do not want my drink then. He never did anything and instead told me he has to charge me more to fill the cup up. So I left the drink and never got my refund either. And this isn’t a one time thing. I went there a couple times before. Asked for a latte again and the same guy gave me a chiller drink. I never complained about it and just took it. The last time I was there I asked for a drink with light ice. He gave me the whole cup full of ice with only two sips of coffee. I will never go back again. There over priced and have terrible customer service. And are very rude to customers.

I work in the mall and this place is rarely and randomly open. Not a dependable go-to place for coffee. Just go anywhere else outside the mall for coffee before coming to the Southern Park Mall.

This place is never open. I stood here for 20 minutes starting at 11, thinking maybe they ran the the bathroom. Nope. Other people were inclined too. A lady came up to me and said the guy that opens it is a joke and treats his workers bad so he has a high turn over rate. Really bad for business.Parking: Nothing
