I ordered a quart of Chocolate Malt with Caramel however there isn’t any caramel in the whole quart!! I’m assuming the standard for your recipes should be the same across the board correct? I normally go to the Poland one since it’s closer and there’s always tons of caramel. What happened to this batch? I’m happy to bring it back and show you. I don’t really want just a quart of malt. I wasn’t given a receipt, the containers weren’t marked, nor do they have the paper slips on them, however it is on my credit card. I also ordered a pint of strawberry ice cream and it’s good.

I am Sooo disappointed at my service as I grew up on Handel's ice cream I have a tradition with my grand child leren years n Sundays we go and pick out our ravvrlvor have t to my dismay the quality of service and ice cream presentation is terrible so again I'm say maybe my server having bad day but today I've had my last visit I can not and will not return to market St location my whole oe order was again wrong I ordered single waffle cone of gram central wtation

“lost” my mobile order. had to show proof that i even ordered it at all. waited around 10 minutes for them to re take my order- just to get it wrong. service was rude and not accommodating

Get a pint that is half lemon bar, half blueberry cheesecake. Thank me later... When it hits the middle, it's like amazing! I can't wait for them to bring back the coconut cream pie. This handles as well as every other one is amazing!

Love Handel’s Homemade! No family visit to NE Ohio is complete without a cup of Buckeye. Or a scoop of salty caramel truffle? So many delicious choices! My cousins understand the assignment and get several different kinds to enjoy at home.
