Best ice cream ever!

Its just ice cream, overrated experience in my opinion.

Always delicious & always great flavors to choose from. There is many flavors to choose from & we haven’t had a bad one yet. Graham Central station is a fav for sure!

Best ice cream in the area hands down. Every flavor is amazingly tasty although I do have my personal favorites. Always up for anything Banana, Spouse like a House, seasonal Peach, Strawberry Cheesecake to name a few. Love the milkshakes, chocolate covered frozen bananas, and hot apple dumplings in the fall!

They really like to skimp on the mix ins lately. The one on south ave doesn’t skimp but this location has been a lot lately. This is their new Not Your Average Dough flavor not even a single “pretzel swirl” and there was a total of 2 pieces of cookie dough. These owners are really stingy and soiling the reputation handel’s has built for themselves over many years.

I ordered a four-scoop sampler this evening and discovered that one of the scoops was the incorrect flavor. Furthermore, the scoop was the smallest I have ever encountered in a sampler. As a resident of the Salt Lake City, Utah area, I have never observed a Handels location with such limited scoop sizes. The scoop was exceptionally small. I advise you to improve your practices and prioritize customer satisfaction. The incorrect flavor was not apparent until I returned to my hotel, as it was contained in a paper bag. The small scoops will deter me from returning along with the wrong flavor. I recommend double-checking the contents before departing to avoid similar issues. You’ll thank me later.

Growing up in the area, I'm used to Handel's, so coming back to the area to visit family, it's always a treat to have a Handel's ice cream anytime if the year.

I tried the Horchata and was pleasantly surprise as I usually only get the mint chocolate chip.

Despite it being about 20°F, the service was on par.

Terrible. They said they were “out of” hurricanes and milkshakes because it was 30 minutes until they closed and their machines were already cleaned. It’s not like we were there 5 minutes before they closed, and I know it doesn’t take that much time and effort to clean a machine like that. The girl was very ignorant about it when I was trying to figure out how they were out of a hurricane if it’s just vanilla ice cream and a topping, so we just left. Hoping the manager will train them properly to serve customers when they’re open and not turning people away because they close in 30 minutes and are too lazy to clean a small machine again.
