Terrible service, staff is unnecessarily rude! Went to pick my food up and they had given it away to another customer. Place is dirty, no one had gloves on while cooking. She touch the raw fish with her bare hands and then touched the fries. Terrible

I love that i can get fried gizzards. I have been looking for quite a while. I'm eating them right now. I also got fried okra and fried mushrooms. The flavor is great but I think they use too much salt. This is the 2nd time I have eaten from Hook Fish & Chicken and it was salty the last time too. Please use less salt or no salt.

When first opened it was amazing. Now they continually change staff to accommodate friends and family who are coming in. They are rude, no customer service skills, can not follow simple suggestions given by customer who is paying for the food and then act as if you are insulting them when you point out that they didn't get your order right. Several staff noted to be unsanitary (picking nose or not washing hands) received attitude for pointing that out too). Asked for fish and wings to be fried a little longer to get crispy and it was so hard a dark that when you picked it up it turned to practically dust. When shown to them they replied "you wanted it crispy."
