When first opened it was amazing. Now they continually change staff to accommodate friends and family who are coming in. They are rude, no customer service skills, can not follow simple suggestions given by customer who is paying for the food and then act as if you are insulting them when you point out that they didn't get your order right. Several staff noted to be unsanitary (picking nose or not washing hands) received attitude for pointing that out too). Asked for fish and wings to be fried a little longer to get crispy and it was so hard a dark that when you picked it up it turned to practically dust. When shown to them they replied "you wanted it crispy."

This is a good little take out place in Youngstown. I will say there have been multiple times people who came in and ordered after me got their food before me. She’s never particularly nice to me either.Regardless the food is good. The seasoning she sprinkles on top is delicious. The chickens always nice and crispy, the perch, catfish and cod are always perfect. It’s a large portion of food.I do love this place I just don’t frequent as much as I would if I didn’t feel like she was bothered by my business.
This place served me the absolute worst cod dinner I've ever eaten in my entire life! And it's Friday fish was hard and had absolutely no flavor at all..I asked for hot sauce tarter and ketchup..didn't get not 1 condiment in the bag..and the white bread was hard like they sit it the Styrofoam container during prep in the morning!! Very disappointing this was my 1st and last time eating at this place!! Absolutely terrible and the female that took my order was very uninterested in taking my order..I should've known then it was going to be a bad experience!! Do not eat at this place you will leave upset and dissappointed!!
