What's the point of ordering online if they wait until you show up to start making it? Mind you, there were zero customers in the store and I showed up after the time it said it would be ready.

Absolutely terrible service I placed my order for 4 to pick up and was not done till 5. Waited an hour to receive my food.

The manager argued with me for a good 3 minutes about what size cup i ordered vs what she gave me, after she had already ignored me standing there for 3 minutes and then talked stuff about me when I left and my friend went back in to get my phone.

The best place for food on campus. The employees are friendly and fast, have never had a bad experience from the staff. Very comfy eating areas.

3-4 years ago (around 2021), this place was amazing! Food was always good, and service was good, as well. However, this location was unfortunately sold. I went here a few months back, and service was awful. It took forever, and they were rude. There is a lady, assuming she is a manager, who has tons of animals. She acts incredibly unprofessional in front of customers, and she encourages her staff to do the same. She was bashing other Hot Head locations, different restaurant chains, and lying (saying they cater for YSU “all of the time,” which is not true at all). As for pricing, they now have up charges for everything… even sauce!!! I’m not talking queso, I’m meaning salsa, sour cream, and their regular sauces such as sweet habanero. The food recipes have changed, too. There is now lime in the rice, which was quite overpowering. While this experience was not good whatsoever, I decided to give it another try this past week. Same situation! The same female manager was there, so service was not good. The two other employees did not seem to know what they were doing. The person I went with asked for brown rice, and they gave her white rice (yes, they did have brown rice). After trying this place out twice and seeing how much it has gone down hill after being sold, I certainly will not go back, and I recommend everyone look for a different franchise to support.

Apparently when you order online (Seamless) they no longer go through that vendor. So the vendor takes your money and they refuse to make your food. Thanks for wasting an hour of our time and screwing us out of money. Do better and get yourself taken off that app if you're not going to honor the sales. Do your due diligence and care about your customers. Best part, they said this happened to OTHER customers. So it's a known issue they just don't care about.

The service was fast. We were in and out quick, but the food wasn’t as hot as it should’ve been and the vegetables weren’t as fresh as I’d like. The atmosphere was average for a college campus setting, but you will be greeted by flies.
Parking: Only on one side of the building

Everything was disgusting, the rice pot covered in grime. The dishes just laying everywhere there was space, the floors looked like they hadn’t been mopped in at least a week. In addition the man making my girlfriend’s burrito barely wrapped it at all and didn’t even offer to try again or double it. The food itself was bad too, the chicken overcooked, the queso tasted like plastic and the rice was slimy. I do not recommend coming here, more expensive than the chipotle on campus and just worse in every way.

Food was good but I got charged for double meat when I didn’t ask for nor was given it. Asked the server after and she re-affirmed that I did get double meat. If that was double meat then I am not interested in finding out what a regular portion is. The burrito did taste pretty good overall though.
